Southern Rum Punch Recipe and Mocktail

Have you ever experienced a memory from a song, a smell, or even perhaps a specific meal? Sometimes it’s the little things that will trigger one of our senses and take us back to a special moment in time. Whether you enjoy the beach during the spring, summer, or fall this fruity cocktail has the potential to tickle your senses in the best way possible. It is of course best enjoyed overlooking the water at your beachfront vacation rental or poolside at one of our spectacular Southern resorts.

Easy Tropical Rum Punch

What You’ll Need:

• 1 ounce Spiced Rum
• 1/2 ounce Jamaican Dark Rum
• 1 ounce Coconut Rum
• 2 ounces Sour Mix
• 2 ounce Pineapple Juice
• 1 ounce Cranberry, Orange, or Mango Juice
• Splash of Grenadine (optional)
• Maraschino cherry for garnish
• Orange, lemon or lime slices for garnish
• Pineapple wedge for garnish

Steps:

1. Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour all three rums plus sour mix over the ice.
2. Add the pineapple and other juice selection(s). If using, add a splash of grenadine.
3. Stir well and garnish with preferred fruits.

Rumless Tropical Punch Mocktail

What You’ll Need:

• 1 1/2 ounces Coconut Milk
• 1 1/2 ounces Cranberry or Mango Juice
• 1 1/2 ounces Pineapple Juice
• 1 ounce Fresh Orange Juice
• 1 ounce Sour Mix
• Splash of Grenadine (optional)
• Maraschino cherry for garnish
• Orange, lemon or lime slices for garnish
• Pineapple wedge for garnish

Steps:

1. Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour coconut milk, all three juices plus sour mix over the ice.
 2. If using, add a splash of grenadine.
 3. Stir well and garnish with preferred fruits.
