Position Summary:
Looking for enthusiastic reservations agents to sell vacation experiences along the Beaches of Northwest Florida to prospective guests via telephone.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls, converting potential guests into paid reservations, utilizing advanced reservation software and sales tools provided.
• Enter lead and guest data into software.
• Maintain performance statistics outlined by Manager.
• Learn about properties and locations to provide caller with a thorough understanding of what our areas have to offer.
• Other duties as may be assigned.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Sales aptitude and experience
• Prior Hospitality Industry experience preferred.
• Availability to work both day and/or evening shift in season
• NAVIS experience a PLUS, but not necessary
