Pointe South has, for over 8 years, consistently provided extremely competent, affordable and reliable management services for my Perdido Key gulf front rental condo. Cara, my property manager, often seems more like a personal assistant. She is ever present and constantly alert to my unit’s physical needs as well as rental patterns and occupancy. Under her watchful eye, I rarely have occasion to worry about my unit. I would rank Pointe South head and shoulders above the competition in the vacation rental/property management business.
