Position Summary:
Looking for capable maintenance tech to perform custodial and minor maintenance functions in a high rise condominium

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform as part of a team the maintenance and cleaning on a 20 story condominium building, the common property, club room, pool, tennis courts, parking lot, beach over-walk, etc.
• Support the Maintenance Superintendent and Manager in performing daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance, cleaning and inspection program
• Primarily perform common area cleaning functions
• Perform very minor maintenance functions such as changing light bulbs, lube doors and hinges, plunge toilets, assist other maintenance technicians, etc.
• Other duties as may be assigned.

Required Skills:

• Ability to communicate with management, owners and guests.
• Ability to work as a team
• Minimum of one year as a building/facility custodian or maintenance technician
• Knowledge of and ability to perform all custodial/janitorial functions
