Job Summary:
Maintenance Dispatcher is to assign, schedule and complete work orders for Maintenance Technicians and Vendors to ensure efficiency and profitability of department.
Position objectives are reached through, but not limited to, these responsibilities:
Responsbilities
- Ensure work orders are prioritized correctly, scheduled and closed out as our standards state for different statuses
- Dispatch work orders to vendor(s) and/or in-house maintenance technician
- Schedule work orders throughout the day
- Complete work orders
- Manage day to day communications with maintenance technicians
- Run work order reports throughout the day
- Maintain an organized system for routine, scheduled services, such as pest control, garbage pickup, fire inspections, inventory counts including but not limited to.
Security
- Make sure all keys are being returned at each location. Ensure only 48 hours keyless codes distributed to Vendors
