“Plein Air” is a French expression meaning “in the open air.” The Plein Air Paintout is a ten day open air painting event featuring nationally recognized plein air who will capture the Forgotten Coast on canvas.

Golf Tournament for “Larry Ashley for Sheriff”

Join “Jearl McCall, Kevin Veach, Chip Holcombe and Friends” as they rally their support around Larry Ashley in his campaign for Okaloosa County Sheriff.
A proven leader and dedicated friend, Larry has committed himself completely to the service of our communities, including Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Crestview, Shalimar and surrounding areas.
These friends invite you for an afternoon of golf, fun and food on December 4, 2009. Registration for the 4 Person Scramble starts at 10:00 AM and the fun begins at 11:00 AM, Shotgun, at the Emerald Bay Golf Club in Destin, Florida.
The cost is $75 per player or $300 per team, which includes golf with cart, range balls, lunch and beverages.

Emerald Coast Cruizin Classic Car Show is the “South’s Best Blast from the Past Event.” Thousands of classic cars, customs and hot rods will make their way to Panama City Beach’s Frank Brown Park from November 12 – November 14.
Frank Brown Park (16200 Panama City Beach Pkwy) hosted 3,000+ hot rods, 100+ auction vehicles and over 125 premium vendors during the 2008 event. Bands, parades and special shows add extra flavor to this fun event.
