On Saturday you can choose from several events to attend including the Seaside celebration, featuring concerts and activities at the amphitheatre, as well as YOLO events taking place and even concerts in Sandestin at Baytowne Wharf.

In Watercolor you’ll find more live music and fun, as will you in Rosemary Beach at their summer kickoff concert. Gulf Coast Summer Concerts!
If you love the beach as well as a great show then you’ll definitely want to vacation the to Gulf Coast this summer! We’ve got hot acts coming to our beaches this year and whether you prefer Perdido Key or Panama City Beach, you’ll find a terrific show.
We love music and music festivals here along the beaches of Northwest Florida and coastal Alabama. For big name acts, consider staying with us in an Orange Beach vacation rental or Perdido Key condo where you can attend shows at The Wharf. Visiting this summer are Brad Paisley, Dave Matthews Band and Lady Antebellum. Over in Panama City Beach you will also find great shows including acts such as The Wanted as well as the Gulf Coast Jam country music fest happening in September which will welcome Toby Keith, Eli Young and more.
Even if you can’t make these shows you will still find great music happening along our shores. If you’ll be staying in a 30A vacation rental, jump on your bike to find live music happening nightly in the various communities. If in a Pensacola Beach rental, head to the beaches on Tuesday nights for Bands on the Beach. See you at the concerts!

The Hangout Music Fest takes place at The Hangout in Gulf Shores, Alabama which is located just a short drive from our Perdido Key and Orange Beach condos. Close enough to attend the festival, but not so close that you can’t enjoy other aspects of the Gulf Coast as well during your vacation, Perdido Key is the perfect place to stay when in town for this amazing event. Tickets are still available for this 3 day music event with live acts such as the Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers and Kings of Leon acting as this year’s headliners. New Destin Beach Home Rentals!

Visit The SaltAir Farmer’s Market!
You will find an abundance of things to enjoy when you vacation in Port St. Joe including some great local traditions including the SaltAir Farmer’s Market, not open through November.
Be prepared when you stay in a Mexico Beach vacation rental or nearby Port St. Joe condo that grocery shopping is limited to one local Piggly Wiggly, affectionately known as “The Pig” to locals. So, if you plan to cook meals for your family you might want to consider shopping the delicious fruits and veggies available at the market. In addition to produce you will also find fresh baked goodies, local Gulf seafood, meat, cheese and more available. Pick up a few treats to take back and prepare in your fully-equipped kitche back at the rental.
Along with some delicious food you will also find that the market can be a fun event to attend. Come and enjoy shopping the wares of local artists, including pottery and jewlery, as well as live music. The farmer’s market will be open at City Commons Park in Port St. Joe every first and third Saturday from 9AM-1PM.
