We really enjoyed our stay. The bathrooms were a little small, but the view was great, overlooking the pools with a view to the ocean. The location was also very convenient with the bridge to the Bayside right around the corner.

Outstanding all the way around. The condo was immaculate and beautifully decorated. It most definitely is the best place we have ever stayed at and we travel to the beach here a lot. The beds were so comfortable along with how nice the couches and outdoor furniture were and in great shape. No grandma curtains, outdated décor or clutter as you find in so many places nowadays or loud blasting colors. It was so nice to have high quality stainless steel appliances for a change and the granite countertops and backsplash were absolutely gorgeous. This will be the condo we stay at from now on and we look forward to many visits to come.

This property lived up to its billing. I\'\'ve never seen such gorgeous beaches, and the condo was the perfect place to watch the ocean, see the pelicans, and relax. The condo iteself is lovely, well-appointed and in fabulous condition. And the three bedrooms are such a plus--plenty of room to either be together with your group or retire to privacy. Highly recommended.

We planned our trip almost a year ago and reserved this gorgeous condo on Pensacola Beach, Fl. We were extremely happy with the room, the view and the service we received from Southern Vacation rentals. Our kids loved playing on the beach and in the pool. We appreciated that there was both an indoor and outdoor pool available to us as well as a gorgeous beach just a short walk away. We felt that everything was advertised honestly, and the room was just as we expected. We only had a couple of minor complaints. One was that the beds were terrible!!! I'm 26 weeks pregnant, and the bed was so poor, my back and neck were killing me. I hardly slept the entire week. My parents, who stayed in the other room with a king, also had a very hard time sleeping on their bed. It seems to me that for the cost of these rooms, a nicer mattress could be provided. Secondly, we planned to put our two children (age 3 and 5) in the room with the bunk beds. However the lower bunk bed did not have a safety rail, which is a huge problem with our mobile sleepers! In addition, the floor was tile, making for a very dangerous situation. We had to move the furniture around to make a safe sleeping arrangement for our five year old. Removable safety rails are inexpensive and can be stored in the closet. Having one available would have been a huge help. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay and a very relaxing vacation! We would use Southern Vacation Rentals again and would recommend them to our friends and family.

The email we received telling us what to do when we arrived was incorrect, it told us to go by the office to get our packet and key. We went after the office was closed and got into the lock box, but there was nothing there for us. We hand made a temporary parking permit and went back to the office on Monday to get a parking pass, and we were told one should have been in our villa and we didn't need to go to the office for anything. We liked the villa, but the front door was very hard to close, and one of the front windows was fogged over between the glass to where you couldn't see through it. The bed was comfortable, but the shower head was not very good, so we used the shower in the tub of the second bath. We were very pleased with the decor, and the location of the villa. This was our sixth stay in Destin, and our first time not renting a house because there were only the two of us on this trip. We would recommend this villa to others though.

I stayed in the condo with 2 of my girlfriends for our girl's beach trip. The condo was just as described. Very cute decorations! The master bathroom had ample space for 3 girls to get ready for the night out all at once. I would definitely recommend staying here again. We had a great time!

We have vacationed at Majestic Sun for 3 years and have never been disappointed! This was our first year in this condo, and with 2 small children, we were very pleased with it. It was clean, spacious, and the balcony was fantastic. We will be returning to this condo again.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying in this condo for over a week. The view was breath taking! The hospitality was excellent and close to everything. There were 10 of us including out 2 year old twins and this place was very kid friendly. We will definitely be returning next year. I couldn't have thought of a better place for my family to stay.

Our recent stay was May 5th-10th. Perfect weather. The aegean was beautiful. I am so happy I chose that condo. The pool was immaculate. The ocean was right outside the condo just a walk away. We loved our stay and will be back.

Destin is great, and Carribean Dunes is a wonderful, quiet, convenient place to stay. The unit was nice, and exactly what we looked for. I only wished the decor was more beach like. I like how close to the beach we were, and the pool. The pool wasnt heated though, so when the temp was only in the 70's, the pool felt very cold - even to our young kids. We do hope to return though, it's a nice relaxing, and close to stores, restaurants, and the beach! Janine

Loved the place and atmosphere. Convenient location to the beach with access across the street. Home was well kept. Loved that all the stuff we needed for cooking and baking were in the kitchen! The only thing I would recommend for the owners is the backyard is empty: it would've been nice to do something in the backyard also: a pool or another patio. Other than that, Our family had a fun-filled week and made us feel at "home away from home"!

The Seashell Chateau was perfectly located right across the street from beach access. The house was well maintained and had many of the amenities we needed. Check in and check out was very simple. I would stay there again if I have the opportunity.

Overall we had a great time. Everything in our unit was first class. Again this year the weather was not the best but we were on vacation who cares. Only thing I had a little trouble was the walking to the garage to our bikes. Year before last we were at the Palazzo unit #1402, parking was underneath This was a lot better for me because of having bad legs. We will be back next year.

The place was great. Check in was easy with the electronic locks. Southern rental was fast to respond to me whenever I had any questions. Rooms where nice. I would recommend this place to families or groups for sure. We had our grandparents with us so the room on the bottom floor was perfect. We only had a couple of issues, first was a lady down road who had apparently called the owner of the house and gave her all our I formation including our license bmp plates numbers. We were walking by her house and she was on the porch talking on the phoneand it was quite apparent she was talking about us. We also had a slithery visitor at our front door the first day, but he was harmless.

Came down with my best friend, just for a short getaway... We had been planning for months. I have stayed at these condos before, but never in this unit. I can honestly say, it's my favorite at Perdido Skye! The room smelled like fresh laundry, everything was clean and tastefully decorated in pale, beachy colors. We never had one problem with anything other than the weather, but the condo owners can't help that. Only one thing to warn you of: the shower curtain liner has a mind if its own, tried to swallow us whole. Must be something to do witht the steam and high water pressure, which we quite enjoyed. Wonderful condo, this is the one I will rent each year going forward.

I have never been to the 30a beaches before, but both the beaches and this rental property were spectacular. The property management company was a pleasure to deal with, and everything ran remarkably smoothly. Very simple. What I think is most striking about this property is how very affordable it is given its proximity to Rosemary Beach and higher priced rental areas. Yet the shops and restaurants of Rosemary Beach are quite accessible from here if you are willing to walk/bike a little and are about a two minute drive if you aren't. The home was immaculate on our arrival, and the decor and amenities were wonderful. The kitchen? Fully stocked with whatever cooking utensils you need. The bedrooms? All comfortable and spacious; no one was in a tiny or undesirable room. My children loved the bunk beds. Lots of closet space. Lots of room to gather in the kitchen/dining area/living area, so we spent much of our time together. Yet there were areas to go to if you wanted quiet time alone, like the upstairs porch swing or the rooftop deck. This property is very quiet - on a small street with little to no traffic, and the entire development was very quiet. The community pool is stunning. We loved it and hope to come back next year!

The service I recieved from Southern Rental was very good although they asked to show the property during our stay. The unit was very nice and clean and well appointed with the decor. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms had good closey space. We loved the fact that it was reight on the beach and within easy walking distance of several resturants and a nice store. The three flights of stairs were a little tough, but the view was awsome. The seal on the fridg needed some attention. All in all we would would come back and may do so in august or September.

The service was great.. the staff was extremely helpful in answering any question that we had. The condo was so nice and the view from the balcony was fantastic! Was very well equipped with cooking utensils, and dinner ware.The location of the condo was wonderful and so easy to get to dining and shopping but must of all it was right there on the beach and that is what we came for. we had a great relaxing time and look forward to going back this year in early September. My one suggestion would be that a better mattress pad and sheets would make it a much nicer and comfortable on the king size bed. The furniture was very nice and very tasteful decorated

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. Upon arriving check in was smooth and all the rooms were clean and organized. The only issue we experienced is the cell phone reception was horrible in our condo.

Very good place to stay... good setting... close to the beach... we were able to relax and enjoy one another. There was a sink up stairs that was clogged, hindered the use of that bathroom... There was also a pocket door to that same bathroom that was stuck, would not open to go through, would not close for privacy... You need to increase your active maintenance services... But we still enjoyed our stay.

The unit was very nice. The amount of space was perfect for the size of our family. View of the Gulf was amazing. The proximity to the beach and the central location on 98 were also huge pluses for us. Our only complaint about the room would be the shower pressure in all of the bathrooms. Our biggest complaint about the complex was the pool. We had a cool week and with the pool not heated, the water was extremely cold. It would be nice if the pool was heated until at least mid may.

Princess Island 607-We will be dreaming of this place often! The view is spectacular! We like being up some but not to far up like the high rise condos elsewhere. There is nice full windows that make sitting anywhere in the living area enjoyable. The furniture and decorations are tasteful and not cheap like some other condos that we have stayed at. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies (if you want to cook) but go out if you can because there are many, many places to go with all different price ranges to meet all budgets. The Donut Hole is the best, but get ready to wait if you are going to eat there or get in the line to the right and just get some donuts to go, much faster. The rooms are all nice size with good beds. Some other great features of the resort were the exercise room, parking and keyless entry. One of the best things that I enjoyed was not having to fight the rat race of tourist areas that are wall to wall traffic. Rent this condo, you will not be disappointed. We will be back. One more thing Southern resorts staff were very friendly.

I love Portofino and have stayed at this property for several years!! There is nothing like being pampered at a resort with all the great amenties that Portofino has to offer their guests. The indoor pool is great!! I have stayed at this particular unit several times. It has very comfortable beds and great views from every bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped with needed items for preparing meals & the outdoor grill is an added plus & so convenient. The only improvement for this unit would be a new sofa & loveseat in the living room. There are both worn & not very comfortable for sitting...otherwise I would give this a 5 star rating!

My family has stayed in this condo twice. It is a lovely condo.. furniture could use a little updating but it is so spacious for a large family and the location is amazing. And the dryer takes forever..lol.But if you need alot of space this is the condo. Azure staff is always ready to help with all of your needs.

My husband and I loved our stay at Perdido Skye #43. The condo was conveniently located to stores and restaurants but still secluded enough to be relaxing and the beach was not crowded. It is the perfect location because of the national seashores surrounding Perdido Key. The condo itself had every convenience we needed and had a beautiful view of the ocean. I started every morning drinking coffee on the balcony,watching the dolphins swim by. The Oyster Bar Restaurant and Cobalt in Orange Beach had amazing food and atmosphere with dining on the water in both cases. This condo was like a home away from home and we hated to leave! I can't wait to come back to stay again. This was the second trip for my husband and me to this condo. Last year we were forced to return home after Hurricane Isaac and are so glad we were able to return to this condo. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We will definitely be returning!! Thank you so much, it was a wonderful vacation!

My sister and I stayed here for 7 nights and loved it. This was my second time staying at Emerald Isle and will stay here again when visiting the Pensacola area. The condos are large and well equipped, very modern and clean. The view from the balcony is beautiful, looking out to the gulf. The pool area is very nice, one heated pool and one not heated, and a nice size hot tub. The best part about staying here, besides the comfort of the condo, is being within walking distance to shops, eating establishments and pubs. And we love all the live music going on nightly in the Pensacola Beach area. It is a fun place to vacation !

Beautiful, clean comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Loved this condo. First time we've stayed om the bottom floor so it made accessing everything easier. There is keyless entry so it would have been nice if the patio door had it too for going out to the beach. Although you can't see the ocean from this location - you can hear it from the patio.

Place was clean, very tastefully decorated , well stocked, comfortable beds. Ac worked well. The place backed up to the boat canal and while the front faced a main road , it was quite as night fell. beaches are clean and quiet. Fishing nearby., 40 minutes to a beautiful state park on the beach . Keyless entry was wonderful . Did not have to worry about keys .

This place is Wonderful! Very spacious, had everything we needed. Very clean. Plenty of room! Will definitely tell friends and family about this place. The view is Amazing!!! Great location! Wish Upon a Starfish was a wonderful property! It accommodated 4 families perfectly! The guest house was perfect and very nice! The master is huge. The walk in closets fit a pack and play perfectly for babies that nap a lot. And the very top reading nook is also perfect for rocking babies to sleep. The property was a very short walk to the beach. We loved everything about it and would definitely recommend it here! The place was in great condition, very clean, and had everything we needed. Only complaint is that the bathroom upstairs, which the bunk room and queen room share only has a tub - no shower. This was a little inconvenient. Everything else was perfect though!

Bella Riva 309 was a clean & beautiful property. There is plenty of room . We had 9 adults & twin 2 year olds.. Cons: this large balcony could no be enjoyed because the furniture on the balcony was so rusted. It was a big disappointment because that was one of my main reasons I picked 309 . Rust chips were sticking to my Grandbabies feet . The glass table looked like it would fall through any moment. I called the office to see if they could move us or get rid of the furniture. It was trash!!! So we never got to enjoy the spacious balcony. So if you go make sure they have replaced the balcony furniture .

We have rented at the Coral Reef several times. The condos are well taken care of and include everything you need. I was disappointed in the gates that have been installed and that need code numbers to access. It was frustrating for everyone to remember codes for the condo and codes for the gate. I saw several children who were unable to get through the gate and were upset - the parent on the other side could not remember the code. Of all of the management companies we have used in prior years, Southern Resorts was the most disappointing one. Every time I called I went to voicemail and several times had to call back. My credit card was charged without authorization and when we arrived, the code they gave us for the door did not work.

This condo was perfect!! Beautiful oceanfront view. Furnishings were excellent, beds were heavenly. Kitchen was supplied well.I was unsure about the whole online reservations, but i have to say The home was even better in person and The staff @Southern Vacations are courteous, kind and very helpful. I will use Southern Vacations for my next vacation. Thank you so much for a wonderful,memorable vacation. God Bless.

The best feature of this unit by far is the incredible ocean view. This unit is on 2nd floor and looks out directly on the pool and ocean. They had someone out there everyday cleaning the pool and straightening things up. Every morning we would wake up to just a beautiful morning sunrise on the ocean. The beach is beautiful and wasn't too crowded. There were lots of good restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance or a short drive. Grocery stores, etc. are just a few miles away. The master bedroom is especially large with king size bed and large closet. It was great having a washer and dryer available and most everything worked well except the remotes for the Tv's. I liked being on the first floor up from the ground floor. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom under the sink. I wish the tile floor and carpet had been cleaner because it left our feet very dirty, but besides that everything else seemed to be clean. I just wore my flip flops when walking around to keep my feet off the floor. I am usually very picky and was not uncomfortable staying here. All in all, we had a great time and can't wait to go back.

I love, love, love this place. I shared this experience with 4 other family members and we were impressed. My brother did manage to lock us out once and all it took was a telephone call and the code was changed before I could do him bodily harm. The view was to die for. Very close to pier park. We were there a week and I only wished there was a change of bed linen for that length of time. Other than that the place was clean, patio was clean, kitchen was clean. Will definately be back.
