Great family atmosphere & location! The condo was just what we expected: nice & easy access to pools. Some minor issues were: very stained comforter & both blankets in closet were dirty too, Had to wash them so we could have a cover; Kitchen rug filthy!; no plastic spatula for non-stick griddle therefore it was all scratched up & getting particles in food. Other than that a wonderful vacation!

Just returned from a 7 night stay at this unit. It was ideal for our family of four. Waterscape is extremely kid-friendly and full of kids, so if you want a quieter, more adult-oriented complex, I would look elsewhere. The condo was beautifully appointed with brand-new appliances and cookware, which we really appreciated. We will probably choose a larger unit next time, as we booked late. Southern Resorts was a pleasure to work with and handled any questions we had promptly.

We enjoyed our stay at Waterscape. The condo was very nice and clean. The pools were wonderful and we were a close walk to the beach.

Condo 220B; was very nice; very close to upper pool. Perfect for two people; could work for a couple and two children if needed. Very clean and comfortable.

Loved our time at Waterscape! Great condo with great amenities. I don't have one complaint :)
