Our third winter month in Fort Walton ,at Waters Edge! The best choice for winter weary folks like us! We have had only the most dependable service, care, and help from the staff and Southern Rentals !The weather suits us as it is neither too hot or too chilly.The beach is the best ever for our daily walk and watching the dolphins . Shopping is also close.Clean stores,every kind of merchandise plus food. We will be back!

The condo was wonderful, everything you need from the kitchen to linen plus washer and dryer. The accomadations were fabulous! Every morning the guys are putting out beach chairs and umbrellas for the renters! Destin just 6 miles away with tons of things to do and see! Would revisit same location!!! We checked in early with no fee lady just gave me a new pin and we were in!!!

We have stayed at Waters Edge for the last 4 years but at different condo rentals and I must say this unit is by far the best! The condo was decorated very nice, updated with nice appliances and the fifth floor was perfect for a beautiful view! Will definetely stay here again. I think this will be the condo we book from year to year from now on. :)

We love staying at Waters Edge. The people are friendly, the condos are clean, close to the beach and has the largest pool. The only suggestion we have is a more comfortable mattress. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay and will return again.

First time renting a condo, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Everything you needed is there at your fingertips. Beach, Pool right there in view. We arrived on Saturday afternoon, what a beautiful Sunday morning watching the dolphins from our lanai swimming and playing in the gulf. It can't get much better than that. Stores and restaurants are all nearby, very convenient. The security on the grounds was very friendly and helpful. A good feeling of being safe. The condo was very clean and comfortable. I learned that I need to bring a crock pot from home. I would rather be cooking while playing outdoors all day.

Great time!! Need new bed in the unit in the bedroom. Did not sleep well. Other than that great stay.
