We decided to stay at the beach during Thanksgiving this year and am so glad we made that decision. The Villa was so very roomy & comfortable and the pool out the back door was beautiful. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be making that trip again. I loved not having to check in anywhere. My door code was sent to me & we drove up, entered it and proceeded to unload our things right away.

The condo was very nice and clean and the location could not have been better. We loved being on the pool deck and didn't even need to take the golf cart to the beach (even with 2 small children). We have stayed in several of these units and this one was very comparable to others we have stayed in, however, the kitchen was very poorly stocked. We only stayed for a long weekend and did not cook much, but if we had been there for a week and feeding everyone out of the kitchen we would not have been happy. There were almost no pots and pans or kitchen gadgets. We weren't looking for anything fancy, just a knife or two and a casserole dish. There were plenty of dishes and drinkware, but cooking was very difficult. Everything else was great and that was our only complaint.

My daughter won this trip at Southern Women's Show in B'ham, AL. She left her boys at home with Dad, brought her twin sister, older sister, and Mom and Dad. The place is FABULOUS! Walk out the back door into one of the many pool areas. One of the most beautiful pools we have seen. A short walk (even to old people) to the beautiful beach with white sand and blue, blue water. The condo has first-class furnishings and decor. Just beautiful! Before we left, my daughter rented it for next year!!

Overall, wonderful accomodations. Great location and no issues not being on the gulf side of 30-A. The walk to the beach was quick and easy (and you still had the shuttle option). Walking right out the patio door to the fabulous pool was a nice perk - no riding the elevator or walking stairs. The only issue: the kitchen was not overly well stocked with pots/pans, etc... if you plan to fix and eat most of your meals in the villa rather than going out to eat.

The accomodations are awsome. I was there in 2006, differnt place, but fell in love with the whole complex. It is the best. Beach, pool, flip a coin, you can't go wrong. The bootom floor is where I like to stay, walk out the door and you are at the best pool ever. If you are looking for a place that is kid friendly this is it. We will be back. Love it. Thanks for a great week at your property.
