Fort Walton Beach Vacation Condo ~ Villas Capri #9

We had a great stay! The villa was clean and set up well. Was just big enough for a family of 4 with small kids. The beach was awesome and you can't get better access. Right outside your door! The only issue we had was a fluke electric thing that Southern Vacation rentals tried to fix and when couldn't they made it right with a credit.

This condo was just the right size for a couple. The condo sits on the beach and the water is just feet away. It was nice not to be in a large building. We were on the highest floor [3rd] and the views were great. Would love to come back.

Just finished a week in unit on 3rd floor here. Location was fantastic-really is right on the beach. Each morning waking up to the view and sound of the beach was well worth the cost. Outside of the building could definitely use some work but inside unit was very nice. One thing should be noted-there is no elevator so expect to carry your luggage etc up a few flights of stairs. Had a problem with the cable, internet and telephone service all of which were bundled up together with the local provider company. Unit management company, however, were quite responsive and tried to rectify the intermittent internet outage immediately. Compensated us for loss of services and we had dinner and a movie on them which was a nice touch. If you are like me-you read the reviews carefully and I can truthfully say that I will rent again from them without hesitation.Photos were right on target and all dishes, linen etc provided-great coffee maker and microwave everything you need. Too many to count restaurants in the area-great shopping at the outlet mall a few miles away--public transportation around that area nonexistent -would definitely recommend a car. . Plenty of linen and I loved the keyless entry-had a great time.

We all loved the tasteful and summer-style decor of the condo. Everything was clean, new and in good shape: the kitchen utensils, the coffee-maker, the fridge and the microwave oven. They have all you need for a comfortable stay: a hairdryer and an iron, lots of towels. The bathroom is nice and clean. The stairs to the third floor are a shocker, narrow and steep, and the building itself looks tiny between the new multi-storied constructions on both sides, but you forget about that because the view from the balcony is gorgeous! And two rocking chairs there are just the thing. They have complementary beach service, but only from 9 to 5, so if you want longer hours, bring your own stuff, the beach is not crowded and you can always find a nice spot.

We found the condo very nice. The view was awesome.The Southern Resort Staff was helpful abd very friendly.
