Take pleasure in this villa's proximity to the 12,000 square ft. pool which is located only a few steps from the back patio. When you're in the condo enjoy the whirlpool in the master bath, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. When you're ready to face the waves take a short walk down to the beach or take the tram to save yourself a few minutes. Once you're back to the villa catch up on some business with our free wireless internet access (Wi-Fi).The complex also has a small amphitheater for some fun nights near the pool area. Seacrest Beach is close to some other amazing neighborhoods such as Rosemary Beach and Seagrove Beach which are part of a group of communities referred to as The Beaches of South Walton. You won't want to go home after you've stayed at the Villas at Seacrest.

The whole family had great fun playing in the awesome pool and also enjoyed relaxing/sunning poolside. Our accomodations were very comfortable, spacious, and clean. We will come here again.

The unit is very nicely situated in the complex, close to the entrance (and therefore the beach) and the patio opens to the pool area. The unit was neat and clean and nicely furnished. Other than the fact that we never could get the internet to work, just a few minor issues: dryer vent had to be cleared for the dryer to work effectively, no dishcloths available, many of the drinking glasses are too tall for the top rack of the dishwasher. Overall, a very nice stay.

We choose our accommodations based on the pool, and that's because the Gulf is full of seaweed. You never know how much or how stirred up it's going to get. having that beautiful 12,000 sq. foot pool was the best! I think all owners should make it a point to take several photos of the pool when advertising their villas, especially when families with children are concerned.

Location: The location was amazing! Having such close access to the pool was priceless for us since we were traveling with children. It was also a short walk to the beach, restaurants, etc. Pros: Good location, the beach was beautiful, fully stocked kitchen, very spacious accommodations, beds were very comfortable, could ride our bikes anywhere, had two parking spaces dedicated to our unit, keyless entry, amazing view of the pool at night. The man that was in charge of enforcing the rules at the pool was very consistent and kept the area safe and clean. Cons: the pool was really warm and not refreshing, our unit was not cleaned very well...but I just cleaned it and moved on, I would have liked more child proof locks on the doors leading outside.

We absolutely loved the location; Unit layout was a bit linear (but we're designers); furnishing were well coordinated; Seacrest lacked the communal feeling of some of the other nearby villages but well laid out.

Blown away by the accomodations. Excellent location. Excellent service. Will recommend to all our friends. Fantastic pool. Very , very comfortable. Only problem we had was the remote controls didn't want to work.

This condo is perfect. It is on the bottom floor with a nice patio right in front of the pool. The tram is a great way to get to the beach and the drivers are very friendly! I recommend this condo community for a family vacation.

We loved this condo it was very nice with a really neat floor plan that also allowed for privacy between bedrooms. The pool was also just straight out the back door and very convienent being on the first floor with children. We will definetly stay there again in the future.

This unit is absolutely beautiful and so very comfortable. So many things are an easy and convenient walk. We hated to leave!!!
