The home was lovely, spacious, and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of room for everyone (there were 10 of us). The location was good ( we came down for the Blue angles Homecoming) and enjoyed all the amenities the home had to offer. The only things worth noting on the negative side were several of the toilets had to be cleaned when we arrived, and some of the bedding was worn. We would gladly come and stay at this property again. A good time was had by all.

Family with 4 college kids. They enjoyed the volleyball court, pool, video game systems and many porches. Drawback for volleyball court is the ball kept going over the fence. We picked this property because we could all fit in an "adult" bed and that was a big plus for us. We didn't want the bunk beds other properties offered. The beds were a lot firmer than we are used to, thus the 4 star comfort rating. Everything else was very comfortable. One of the bedrooms blew the last working lightbulb while we were there and we reported it the next day and was told a work order was being placed for that day. When we left 2 days later, the light bulbs still had not been replaced, thus the one star for service. We were just a short 1/2 block to the beach and we could walk to resturants and shops. Would I stay again? Yes.

According to our records we sent a maintenance tech the same day of the call and we replaced 1 indoor flood bulb on the first floor. A detailed inspection of every floor on showed one bulb out. Sometimes wall switches control several lamps and outlets. I am sorry for your experience and hope you trust we did honor your request within 24 hours.
