loved location ...but, cleaning was lacking..moved pillow and long black hair everywhere...floor was not mopped before we got there..still would stay again in hopes for better cleaning staff next time.

We would loved it better if there were two king size bets insted of only one.Other wise we had a wonderfull time and the vacation rental was excellent.

We had a great experience with the rental property as well as Southern Resorts. We booked our room last minute (literally 4 hours before we left for the beach) and the service agent on the phone that assisted us was very professional and very friendly. She helped me select the best room and gave us an amazing deal. I could not find anything comparable to the rate we were given for this unit. The unit was very clean and it was perfect for my family. It made the stay at the beach a little bit better than expected. I also want to Thank the security unit that was on duty during our stay. We did not arrive to the complex until 1:00am in the morning and we did not have our gate code to get into teh parking deck. The guard came over within few minutes of our arrival at the gate and verified our information and was able to give us the security code to get in. It was a huge relief for us to be able to get in so quickly and easily. I can not say enough about the experience that we had with Southern Resorts...The reservation process, the assistance, the check in and the entire stay was wonderful...We would definetly stay at Twin Palms again...
