Condo was immaculate! Looked like no one had been there before. View tremendous. Very quiet. Good access to all happenings down the beach but far enough away for a peaceful experience.Will definetly consider this place for next vacation to the gulf!

Tropic Winds #802 was magnificent. The condo was splendid and the view from the balcony was extraordinary! We were fortunate to find this condo at the last minute for the 4th of July and the view of the fireworks was also terrific. We will definitely be visiting again! The condo is roomy, decorated nicely, and it felt like home!

Location, restaurants,swimming pool and 2 hot tubs and the beach at your door step what could you ask for. The only down fall was that I did not receive my designated parking pass upon getting my arrival papers. I had to call office the day of arrival and was given an assigned parking spot. The day of departure I had a note on my car stating I was not in the right space and that if I did not move my car I was going to have my car towed. The parking pass was on the dash board with condo #. Not to happy at that point. But overall the condo was great and their was no issues there and I would recommend this condo to anyone.

The condo looked just like it did on the website. Beautifully decorated and very clean. The furniture outside on the balcony was very nice also. I would definitely stay here again! My only dislike about the trip, was that I was unsure of were I could park. So, I just parked in an open spot with my parking pass that was provided by Southern Rentals. I tried calling Southern Rentals during office hours, left a message, and was never called back. My friends and I enjoyed our stay in this condo and have already started planning a return trip!

The only request I would make is do something with the hand rails on the balcony. The storm that blew through the weekend we visited - the loud sound woke me up two or three times during the night - on two of the nights. At first I thought it was someone vacuming the condo above us - then I later figured it out. Later I talked with a owner of another unit - she said Yes - it was the wind in the balcony bars - and she was attempting to correct that with her unit. Otherwise it was a Great weekend!

The room was clean & nice we had great service at check in
