My family and I stayed here in July 2011. I loved the fact that it was on the bottom floor. My car was right outside the front door and the sand was right outside the back. My kids loved playing in the sand and my husband and I could sit on the patio and watch them. The dune was not an issue at all...I actually like the bit of privacy it provided. We could still see enough of the water as well. I will stay here again without a doubt. My only complaint is that the pull out couch bed is pretty bad. We didn't even use it. In fact, we just pushed the couch and love seat together and let the kids sleep there. Can't wait until next summer to visit again!

We loved the location of the Condo and the amenities that our Condo had to offer were great! We are planning another trip in a few years and will stay with Southern Resorts.

Loved to be able to access beach from unit. We stayed in unit 11 on first floor.It was tastefully decorated and size was perfect for two people. It's a smaller complex which I enjoyed. We had parking spot designated for the unit which was right in front of our unit. The only negatives are the dunes hide total views of the beach from the bottom floors but when you are standing or in kitchen you can see ocean. There is no pool but where this unit is located did'nt matter to us. We stayed 3 nites and totally was relaxed.

Only had one problem, barking dog in unit next door for one week. Our unit was super. Sand doon blocked the view to the beach.

This is a really nice spacious condo for two people. We loved it so much, we extended our stay by two more nights. The only downfall is the dune out back. We've stayed in another condo and fell in love with the idea of being able to eat breakfast and see the gulf from the porch. Unfortunately, the dune blocks the view to the gulf. However, the spaciousness of this condo made up for it.

This was the best vacation we could have asked for. THe Beach was absolutly wonderful with a wonderful view.

The home was clean, spacious, relaxing,and located where you can find things without having to search. I really liked the keyless entry!! It was great to just put in the code and not worry about keeping up with a key. The location was awesome!!! The beach was beautiful and clean!! I hope to visit there again soon!!! D. Stallings

Extremely nice and well maintianed. The view was nice and being able to walk out patio door and be on the beach was awesome. I look forward to staying there agian!

my wife and i have been coming to ft. walton fopr nine years and this was one of the nicest visits we have had. tiki beach was clean,neat and had all you could want,plus great beach acess.looking forward to next year.

Although I'd seen this property listed for many years, I had always opted for larger condominium complexes with more amenities like complimentary beach chair service. However, we were pleasantly surprised with the quaintness of it. The beach was right outside our patio door, although a huge sand dune obstructed part of the view. The small complex was quiet, and we enjoyed the patio access to and from the beach. Drawbacks to this particular unit were its dark furniture and pesk problems. While we were fine with the decor not being beach themed, this unit was appointed in gray, black and brown for the most part and lighthouse accessories - a very masculine tone. The pesk problem was minor and we could tell the unit had been sprayed recently. Overall, it was a nice place to stay and we would recommend it to others who might be looking for a weekend get-away.

We had a great time during our stay at Tiki Beach #11. The condo was everything they said it was and more. We loved being able to walk right out on the beach or just sit on the patio and enjoy the breeze. Being able to cook our own meals allowed us more fun time on the beach. Some of the pans could be updated, but we made do. More washcloths would have been nice - there were only 4. A few more towels would have been good too. All in all, it was the best vacation ever and some day we'd love to come back!
