Fabulous! From booking to Checking out... Great location, great room, and clean. The elevators were slow to arrive but moved fast. That was the only issue. My family and I felt safe and were not ready to come home.

The condo was just right for our family. It had a great view. It was quiet and relaxing. It was clean. The beach and pool were not too crowded. The price was reasonable for a quick weekend trip.

Our condo was clean which is a must. It was very nicely decorated, You had everything you needed and even had extra of everything.The mattress on the bed was wonderful woke up well rested. There's not anything we would have changed. We would stay there again our next trip to Panama City.

We stayed in the Tidewater condo #812 for a week for our 20th anniversary. Let's talk about the condo first. Pros: (1) The condo was very clean and had pretty much any dish/pots & pans/utensils you wanted in the kitchen which was very nice! (2) The view was absolutely gorgeous from the balcony and had nice/comfortable patio furniture. (3) Keyless entry was awesome Cons: (1) The bed was a little firm for my husband and I. If you like a softer bed, this is not the bed for you. Had great pillows though! (2) Both showers are a little small. They really need those curved shower curtain bars. You almost have to stand sideways to not touch the shower curtain while showering. The Tidewater Resort Pros: (1) Close to Pier Park. Nice to be so close to good food and shopping. Although you can walk to it, I found it to be a little far. (2) Nice lobby with Blockbuster/NetFlix machines that you could rent movies. (3) Walkover from parking garage was nice. There is a lot of traffic on the main street, so not having to cross it was great. (4) Beautiful beach! The beach and water was gorgeous with amazing sunsets! We also were able to see dolphins almost every day swimming/jumping the waves! Cons: (1) Elevators. There are 31 floors in this building include the lobby level. We didn't have to much trouble because of the time of year, but in peak season I can really see this being a problem. (2) Elevators not air conditioned. It was in the 90's and very hot during our visit. The elevators would get a body odor smell in the evening when it was around the time that everybody was coming back in from the beach. (3) Carts and buggies. There were plenty there, supply was not the issue but they were on the hotel side of the crossover! All in all, it was a great anniversary trip and we enjoyed ourselves immensely! I would definitely stay in condo #812 again, but it would have to be not in peak season because of the elevator situation.

We found the check-in easy and the condo and condo parking nice and clean and easy to get to and use etc. The condo was very clean and well decorated. The condo had everything we needed. This condo is located in a great spot in Panama City Beach. There are plenty of shopping and restaurants near it. The beach for the condo was nice and clean as well. We will consider going back next year.

The room was great,we had all the pans needed for cooking. We didn't have to keep up with keys due to the combination lock. Tidewater in general was not kept clean. The elevators are very slow and usually wet. The entry from the outside is always sandy and wet as well. The only time we saw anyone cleaning was our first day. There were not enough chairs to accomodate everyone so we got chairs at the beach-because they told us if we left our towels longer than 20 mins they would move them so someone else could use the chairs. The location was great as so is the cross over. The pools are not heated so there was an instant cool off from the heat. 1 pool was in the shade and the other was full sun. We might stay there again in a not so busy time of year.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was nicely furnished and very clean. Our family enjoyed it being a home away from home. The location was great. We would definately revisit and stay in the same condo.
