We had a great time on our vacation and the condo was very nice. The resort company didnt provide enough towels and then they were very rude when we called to get more. Also durring this week we experienced heavy rain almost everyday and the front door had no weather stripping under it and water flooded through the hallway. Over all it was a great place to stay it wasnt packed, but I sugest bringing an ez up so that you dont have to rent a beach chair because they are a mess.

Pros: Condo was comfortable for 5 adults and one toddler. It has 2 bedrooms and one bunk bed area. On the bunkbed area there is a door between the bathroom and beds and then another door to close between the hall. That is a plus. Most other condos just had a curtain. Since an adult was sleeping in there it was great and there was enough room in the adjoining bathroom to put up a pak and play for toddler. The other rooms were sufficient just not enough closet space. Amenities were good. Missed having a bedroom on the gulf side. All on the hall side. Cons: We rented these condos mainly because they had an indoor "heated" pool in case of rain. The pool was not heated enough. Granted it was much warmer then the outside pools but still too cold to be comfortable in. A lot of people complained about that. The condo seemed clean enough by looks, the only thing was the floors or carpets were not. Our socks would get very dirty walking around the condo. Not sure if it was carpets or tile. And on the beds they just had sheets and a quilted top bedspread. A small blanket in between that might that be washed everytime would be good. We don't usually go the beach in the winter but the weather was in the high 60's. Enough to sit on the beach with a good book but not play in the water. There was a lot of updating going on around the condos but didn't seem to hamper getting around. The Hot tub was good and very hot for the adults. Heard the ones in the gym were nice but didn't get there. The view was nice and had beautiful sunsets every evening. This condo is on the west side of the beach, close to "Pier Park" and shopping. A lot of the activities for teens and children are on the east side of the beach but only a 5 - 10 minute ride down the beach but might take longer in summer. We didn't do much cooking so can't say if it had enough cooking supplies. We just ate cereal and sandwiches during day and went out for supper.

We really enjoyed the facility, the beach was beautiful - the rooms could stand a little more cleaning, ex: the master bath had rust stains in the toliet, and the carpet needed to be shampooed. It also would be nice to have a few extra towels, bathroom tissue - Overall, we had a great time & would come again.

I am always afraid of staying somewhere new when traveling. I have to tell you this was the easiest check in and out we've have ever had. The room and location was great. It was conveint to shopping and resturants.. Thanks for taking the hassle out our vacation. We will definatly be back. We travel to PCB a few times a year and I am sure we will frequent at Tidewater more often. Thank again. Tracy H.

The condo was awesome. Everything was what we expected and then some. Had no problems whatsoever. Would recommend Southern Resorts to anyone. Can't wait to go again.

The condo was great. It had plenty of space for us, our daughter and two grandchildren. The furnishings were very attractive and comfortable. The beach was well maintained and we had great fun with beach side activities. We had two items we disliked with the complex. The outdoor pools were not heated. We were there the first week in April and they were not warm enough for the grandkids to swim. There is an indoor heated pool did use. Since we were on the 26 floor, we had length waits for an elevator especially at busy times. Perhaps being the week after Easter the complex may of been busier than usual.

Had a great time and hope to return soon. Everything was great. Could use a few more pots and pans for those of us that enjoy cooking in instead of eating out. Had to cook breakfast for 3 of us in a 4-5" skillet. But that was the only negative!!
