Tidewater Beach Resort #1912 - Panama City Beach, FL - 1 bedroom - 2 baths

We were so pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and how comfortable we felt during out stay. The condo was well-furnished, and had a beautiful view. We cook some meals in on vacation, and I had all that I needed to do so. Having Wi-Fi was a bonus for my kids who had their laptops, and the workout room was amazing. Running while overlooking the ocean was really a plus. Most of the rentals I've had in the past have had less than adequate workout rooms hidden in basements. Also, it was nice not to have had to pay additionally for linens. The location is good, and close to Pier Park. I really like how easy it was to unload everything onto the carts and get it to the room. The only thing I would mention is that the mattress in the sleeper sofa needs to be changed. It's very uncomfortable. The other beds are wonderful! We will definitely be back, and hopefully with our extended family in a larger unit. Great place!

We certainly did enjoy our stay at Tidewater Resort #1912 The indoor pool was great as well as the gym, we needed that after the holiday. The weather was not great we had wind, cold weather, and fog. There is plenty to do in the area, you can make many day trips. We hope to return next year and hope the weather is as good as the natives say it usually is.

Our stay at Tidewater Resort was very enjoyable. Our condo was tastefully decorated, the carpet needs replacing in order to give the condo a fresher look. We stayed on the 19th floor, a little high up for me, because, I like to see the beach below but when you are that high you have to stand up to view the beach. The condo was very comfortable. I liked having two full bathrooms. Our master bedroom and living room opened on to the balcony, I really enjoyed that, floor to ceiling sliding doors made the space seem much larger, and beautiful ocean views from both rooms. Our king size bed was very comfortable The built in bunks would be great for children. This resort is an easy drive to the main attraction, Pier Park we enjoyed shopping and eating there. Some of the stores are pricey, but enjoyable to stroll on the streets. We have never used Southern Resorts before, I booked on line and was sent all my information by e-mail and the number code for our door was e-mailed to us, no standing in line for a key or waiting to check in or out. You can book on line at the last minute and everything is ready for you when you arrive. I would use them again. It has been many years since we traveled to Panama City. A lot of things have changed for the better at Panama City Beach. We had a wonderful time.

We certainly enjoyed our stay at the Tidewater Beach Resort #1912, managed by Southern Resorts Vacation Rentals in Panama City Beach. Check in was painless. Accommodations were terrific. We were close to everything, park, beach, stores, restaurants. Being on the 19th floor was breath-taking and the elevators were quick without incident and you barely felt it moving. Water pressure wasn't great but understand it had a long way up...Toilet in master suite moved and should be checked. Also stained which was a little gross. Otherwise, the rest of the accommodations (unit) were great. Thank you. We would come again.
