We loved the Fort Walton Beach...never been to this beach before (except for the terrible seaweed). We would definitely return! Our condo was very nice and comfortable. We would stay in it again, as well. Some! minor repairs need to be made in the condo, but it did not keep us from enjoying it

Beautiful updated condo with a huge balcony and everything you need to enjoy the beach! Had a few issues with hard partying neighbors first night but management was very responsive. All furnishings and fixtures in great condition. Would be nice if cars couldn't park directly under the balcony, used by surfer kids not staying at The Palms. Owner was super nice and easy to work with!

We had not been on vacation in a very long time! We were very pleased with our room. It had an awesome view and we really loved it! We plan on trying to go again next year. The only advise I have is, bring your own beach chairs...can get expensive renting them.

We liked being so close to the stairs for easy access to parking lot and beach. It was quiet and the beach was great. We had good weather whole time we were there. The condo was finished very nice and made the trip very comfortable. We enjoyed the big screen tv's and blueray. Only downside was this unit did not have beach chairs as part of thepackage. There was some confusion on the website about that. Everything else was great.

Loved the spacious condo with two bedrooms, two baths, and really great kitchen. Was very clean. Fantastic view from living room and master bedroom. Master bath had two basins, which was nice. Great balcony. Parking situation could be better.

This was a beatutiful condo with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The condo was completely furnished down to a coffee pot, cookie sheet and pizza cutter Thank goodness! This is a very convienient location to alot of great resturants, things to do and shopping. The boardwalk takes you just a few steps from the beach and no need to take a dolphin cruise, just keep and eye out and you will see plenty. This fishing pier is just down the block and a great place for the kids to fish. Our family included my husband, myself, my mother -n-law and my adult disabled son. This was very easy for them to maneuver about. Down side is the pool is small and the elevator worked 90% of the time. I would highly recommend staying here as it is a very quiet beach with beautiful white sand

We really enjoyed the beach front condo. Right on the beach and close to grocery store and a close drive to good restaurants.

We enjoyed our week stay in thi condo. It is a beautiful condo with easy access to the beach. The view is beautiful from the living room and the master bedroom. It is close to dining an shopping areas.

We were extremely pleased with our stay. Communications before hand were clear and concise. Arrival system worked perfectly. There were only minor problems in the unit which the staff of Southern Resorts promptly resolved. The condo was bright, nicely furnished and comfortable.

It needs kitchen towels and a small roll a paper towels left. Other than that the condo is absolutely beautiful and I will rent again.
