The Holliday House - Port St. Joe, FL - 4 bedrooms - 3 baths

Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teenagers) had a great time at The Holliday House. When we arrived, we were impresssed by how clean everything was. It was such a beautiful, cozy home. We especially loved the kitchen, where we enjoyed cooking breakfast and lunch together. The community was very quiet and pretty. We rode bikes through the neighborhood everyday. The only thing we didn't like about this property was that the living room is small and there is not enough seating (and the couch is not comfortable!).

The Holiday House in the Windmark community is beautiful and perfectly accommodated two families, a total of 9 people. The photos online did not fully depict the home's beauty. The screened-in porch worked out very well for the one rainy day we had. It was large enough to play badmitton. The Windmark community is well maintained and the wooden walkways make getting to the pool and beach a fun experience especially when riding bikes. We had 6 children agest 6-15 and each enjoyed the house, the pool, loved the freedom of riding bikes to the beach and pool. Very safe! We definitely recommend the Holiday House! Enjoy.

However, we had a one year old crawling around and the floor was absolutely filthy! Apparently the floor in this house has never been mopped and was black with dirt so we would have been much happier if the floor had been clean for the baby but other than that this house was absolutely perfect for our family. The older kids loved the salt water community pool and so did the adults. Not the beach area so much but the 2 mile drive to the nice beach area was not so bad. We would definitely consider coming back to The Holliday House if I was assured the floor had been mopped with a cleanser since we have another new baby on the way!
