Sunrise Beach #2509 - Panama City Beach, FL - 2 bedrooms - 2 baths

As we arrived, it was pooring down rain, so we visited the Ripleys Believe or Not Museum. We arrived at our condo around 3 and it was beautiful. The view from our balcony could have been a postcard. My eight year old daughter started to tear up as she spoke of how pretty it was. I couldnt have asked for a better place to stay, we would most definately refer and revisit #2509!

This place was very nice and clean! I was very impressed with the condo when I first walked in. It was very furnished with everything..could use some more towels, but other than that everything was wonderful.

The wait time to get an available elevator was extreme at times. Other than that I cant complain.

I inquired about a condo on the 11th floor and was led to believe that was what I was making reservations for. The representative repeated everything over the phone with it still being on the 11th floor. I received my confirmation by email, printed it but still did not notice that it was a condo on the 25th floor. I know that was my fault but I still feel like I was misled. If I was not scared of heights it wouldn't have been such a problem. The condo itself was ok. Don't plan on an adult couple sleeping on the sofa bed. It was terrible. Room with the bunk beds was hot compared to the rest of the condo. Not a dab of toilet paper was in the condo when we arrived. Glad I had brought my own. As I had read on other reviews, the elevators were very hot, especially when you had to go to the 25th floor every time. Parking was no problem.

We had a great experience staying in this condo. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. The view from the 25th floor was fantastic. My youngest sons really enjoyed the bunk beds and my daughter enjoyed having her own room. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Even though the room was on the top floor, the elevator waits were not bad. The only thing that could have been better would have been the weather since it rained every day and the beach was closed 2 days of our stay. Since the weather did not cooperate it was nice to have a beautiful place to stay and the pools and hot tubs at Sunrise Beach were great. We also appreciated the exercise room in the building. The location of Sunrise Beach was convenient to restaraunts and shopping. We would highly recommend Southern Resorts and this condo. Everything was organized and our expectations were met or exceeded.

We didn't give much notice for the week that we were planning to visit Florida, but when I came across another unit through VRBO.com and contacted the owner, she told us about this unit and was even able to discount our price. Totally unexpected because of the short notice, but what a wonderful week we had spending our first vacation together!!! The kids loved the fountain, the pools, and the beach. We had a fantastic view from the 25th floor. The pictures online were precise of how the condo looks, actually better in person. It was very clean and spacious. The decor was beautiful as well. I loved the kitchen, it was very well equipped. Everything from the grocery store to restaurants to shopping was convenient, whether we had to walk or just drive a few miles to get there. We even took our 80yr. old grandmother and 62yr. old aunt with us and they had no problem with accessibility. They truly enjoyed themselves. I do recommend that the owner possibly invest in some softer towels and/or more of them. The only thing that worried me was that the railings on the outdoor patio needed some type of netting or an additional safety feature. I was always worried about my kids (2yrs. & 4 yrs.) falling through even with us being right there with them. Looking forward to returning to another wonderful vacation next year. This is a awesome place to stay! we had 4 kids all boys 3 under the age of 4. And this was very nice and kid friendly!

We recently stayed At Sunrise Beach #2509 and were more than pleased with our accomadations. The view from the balconies was awesome. We enjoyed eating our lunch on the balcony! The master bed and bath were so lovely! It was like having a spa experience at the beach. When we did leave the unit we had a great choice of pools or hot tubs right outside the door,overlooking beach no less! I speak for my whole family when I say we had a great time at Sunrise Beach and would reccommend it to anyone!

This is the first time we had rented a condo but we loved it. We will probly never stay in a hotel on the beach again. It had all the conforts of home with easy access to the beach and a great view of the ocean from the balcony. I highly recomend this condo.

My family and I spent a week at Sunrise Beach and we loved it! We could not have asked for a better place. Everything was very clean and well stocked in the kitchen and baths. The unit was sound-proof....we never knew if we had neighbors or not. The staff that we spoke to were all very friendly and knowledgable about the condo and the city. My husband and I really enjoyed reading the comments left in the "guest book" by the condo owners. It was interesting to see how others had spent their time in the same unit. I would recommend that the condo put in a heater in the pool as it was in the shade during the afternoon and was VERY cold the entire time we were there. Other than that, it was perfect and we can not wait until nect year!

Our Condo at Sunrise Beach was a great place for families in the Panama City Beach area! It is centrally located to all the nice restaurants, as well as Pier Park. The kids loved the raised pools overlooking the beach. The condo itself was immaculate and very well-maintained. The ONLY "complaint" we could possibly have was that for such a large complex, there are only two elevators (25 floors + 3 below-ground parking areas) and they are NOT air-conditioned. This made it stifling in the summer heat! Other than that, it was great.
