Sunny Delight Cottage - Santa Rosa Beach, FL - 3 bedrooms - 2.5 baths

We love the Sunny Delight cottage! There is plenty of room yet you don't feel sprawled out but rather close and comfortable! We really did have a wonderful stay and have been very pleased with all the people from Southern Vacation Rentals. We will be booking another week with you soon, more family coming with us to spend a week. What a wonderful company to work with and the beaches from Rosemary Beach through Santa Rosa Beach are the best slices of heaven on earth! With family living there we have an advantage with event information and all, but with all your company provides for visitors one is never at a loss. We appreciate your time and all you do and we will be in touch to make a new reservation. Thank you and give our best to the owners of Sunny Delight, they have a truly special spot in a wonderful neighborhood! Our dog, Mr. Knightley loves it there, the dog walking area and supplies made it easy. Great effort by the neighborhood to help the guests that do want to bring their best friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for parents, children, and grandparents. The house was clean, beautifully furnished and comfortable. There was enough private space for everyone. The neighborhood was quiet and pretty. We enjoyed many walks and swims in the neighborhood pool. The beach was a quick drive and a doable walk. The kitchen was spacious and well-stocked. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed Sunny Delight. It is a cute, cozy and comfortable, and it was very clean upon our arrival. Old Florida Village is a charming and friendly development; there is a nice family and community feel, but it is not overcrowded. We would have appreciated a few supplies in the home, such as coffee filters in the kitchen and some beach towels. Overall, we had a great stay.

We have stayed in Sunny Delight Cottage for 3 consecutive years and always love it. The house is perfect for our family and we love the Old Florida Village setting! The location is ideal to all of 30-A ammenities...we will continue to make this our Spring destination! We always recommend to anyone asking...first go through Southern Resorts to find the vacation rental you are searching for and then we always list Santa Rosa Beach as our Favorite

Great cottage! My second time staying in this house and will consider it again next year. The only things that could have made it better: make sure that the grill is cleaned and leave it with some gas to cook!

This place was great in almost every aspect. I had requested that the BBQ grill be full of gas. It was not, and therefore we had to change dinner plans which was not good. What bothers me is that I sent two emails and got no response. I would have rather been told that "no" the grill will not have gas, then I could have planned for it. Other than that it was a pleasant experience. My 11 year old enjoyed riding bicycles nearby and my young 2 yr old was perfectly safe in the house. Great for family of 4-6, and quick access to the beach.

The cottage was very nice. It was nicely decorated and clean. It has almost everything we needed for a great stay. I think I made a comment that it needed an additional frying pan (one wasn't enough to make breakfast for a family) and a telephone book. Also, the grill ran out of fuel about half way through out stay (and half way through cooking dinner!). We had some challenges with the door lock when we arrived and into the following day. But Mick was great and took care of the problem on Saturday of our stay. We are very pleased with your company. The gift card was wonderful and helped off set the cost of food for the trip. We very much appreciated it. We will be returning to the Ft. Walton area for a week at Thanksgiving and we will be contacting your company then for a 3 bedroom 2 bath with a beach view, beach access, and a pool. We'd like to stay a little closer to Destin this time. Thanks again for a great stay.

We have rented Sunny Delight Cottage in 2005,2006, and 2009 and love the house. It makes us feel like we are at home but more relaxed. Everything we needed was available for us. We didn't want to eat all our meals out so we grilled and cooked at home. The Old Florida Village is a very beautiful place to spend your vacation. The pool was nice after spending all day at the beach(which was just across the street). We love Sunny Delight Cottage and will stay there again. The only negative thing to say is that the front door is hard to open from the outside and inside both. It should be fixed. Hope to visit again soon.

Overall this cottage was a wonderful retreat at the beach. The only real complaint is that the third bedroom was set up so that it was not very functional. The beds in front of a window, no way to have a clock plugged in due to the way it was set up. We would have liked to have had access to the golf cart in the carport. We truly appreciated the gas grill and all of the amenities that were provided in the home. It made our stay feel like home away from home! Hopefully we can be back at the beach again next year!We will certainly go through Southern Resorts and would love to stay in this or any other property that you provide!

We fond the rental to be clean when we arrived. It offered more than enough space for the 6 that stayed in the rental. It was conveniently located for both the beach and shopping and restaurants.
