Downtown Destin Vacation Condo ~ Sundestin #1015

condo is a great location,easy access to ocean. Condo was clean & comfortable for our family of four. check-in was smooth,glad to see our room was ready when we arrived from Indiana & check-out was simple. This was a great vacation, would definately rent here again!

Condo met all expectations. Great view. Clean. Could use a few more towels with no washer and dryer in the unit. Well furnished.

We had a great time. Even though it was a partial view, we had the perfect view of the fireworks. It was clean, quiet, and relaxing.

I needed a quick getaway for peace of mind. When I say valuable comfort it was just that. For the price, I could not have asked for more. The kitchen was well stocked, the location was awesome. I had the beach steps away and access to stores and markets. I would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway at a great value. This rental is the place to be.

Our Sundestin #1015 rental was great. It was very clean and a nicely furnished condo. The view from the balcony was wonderful. The pools were very nice too. We will definitely be back!!!

This condo is right on the beach, with a beautiful view of the sunset. We would definitely stay again.

I really liked our condo and the location to the beach. It was very clean when we arrived, and it is nicely furnished. The bathroom setup made it very easy for all of us to get cleaned up. The easy accessibility to the pool and beach was great with our kids. My complaints were that since we didn't book through ResortQuest, we did not have some services available to us at SunDestin--easy sign up for beach service, movie rentals, running a tab at the bar or restaurant. Had we booked through ResortQuest we could have reserved front row beach service when we booked our condo...but we had to do it day by day since we didn't--which meant we ended up on the second row of umbrellas a few times. And that made it harder to watch our kids. Additionally, the bedding for the pull out bed that my kids slept on wasn't great. The blanket was in such poor condition, we didn't use it. Finally, I wished there was a broom so we could easily clean up some of the sand that got tracked in. Overall we had a fabulous vacation. I really enjoyed SunDestin.

Sundestin #1015 was a quaint little getaway spot that met all our expectations and then some! The views from the outside balcony were breath taking. We enjoyed the beach everyday. We would consider staying here again and again.

We really enjoyed our stay, the unit was clean and comfy. Loved being able to use the keypad door lock so we did not have to check in anywhere. Only complaint would be that our blanket for the pull out couch was dirty and I was not able to conveniently exchange. Other than that, everything was beautiful!!

The condo was nice and clean, but a little dated. It came equipped with any and everything we could possibly need. The view of the Gulf was amazing!!! The location of the Sundestin is great...it is close to good restaurants and shopping. The food in the lobby restaurant was just okay. My husband and I had a wonderful and relaxing stay in Sundestin #1015 and would recommend it. The only problem we encountered was the parking attendent gave us a 'warning ticket' two days in a roll, despite the fact that we had our parking permit in the window.

The room was more than I was expecting. It was like being on vacation while staying in a small apartment. The room had everything you needed to make the stay like home. The King size bed was a plus and very comfortable. Although it wasn't facing the beach it had a very good view of the beach from the tenth floor. I stayed in the room for three weeks and felt at home the entire time. I would recommend this room to anyone.

Our vacation was awesome, spent time reading on the beach, swimming, parasailing, shopping. The room at Sundestin was great it was very clean and cheerful I have never seen so many cooking gadgets in one kitchen. Loved the Bobble Head owl on the balcony "too funny". Yes, we will be returning.

Loved the condo Sundestin # 1015 was very clean and nice felt like home. My kids loved the game room. Did not really take advantage of any amentites except the beach chairs. Staff was friendly.

Southern Resorts was so easy to work with. I will definitely consider booking with them again. The condo was nice, but there were a couple of issues. The property is great for families because of the amenities and proximity to the beach and other acitivites. It was the right price for what we needed. The keyless entry was the best!!! So easy to come and go, not having to worry about checking in and keeping up with a key. Thanks!

We really enjoyed are stay at the Sundestin, are condo was very clean with all the kitchen accesories we needed. You are in the heart of everything you want to do as for water park or go karts etc. The only thing I will do diffrent next year is rent a unit with a washer and dryer in the unit. The one on our floor and the ones on the floors directly above and below us did not work well at all, especially the dryers. Overall we had a very good experience there.

My husband and I decided last minute to go to Destin during Spring Break week, while our daughter was in Panama City with a friend. Some friends of ours were also going to Destin, and told us about the VRBO website. Although the weather that week was less than perfect (lots of rain) we spent alot of time in your beautiful condo. The pictures on the website didn't do it justice. It was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We'll definitely be back. Thanks for sharing you awesome spot with us.

The check in process was easy and the staff was very nice. The room was clean and well maintained. The resort is on the beach and has both an indoor and outdoor pool. the only issue I had was taking the trash to the receptacle. I don't mind cleaning the room, but for the price paid the trash could be picked up when outside the door. I would stay again.

We just spent a wonderful week at the Sundestin and had a wonderful time. Everything was in order when we arrived, and we were pleased to learn that the pictures online matched the condo. It's actually nicer than the pictures! We'd definitely recommend this condo - especially if you're bringing kids and want to spend a lot of your vacation at the beach. With plenty of room for the kids to play outside, we actually found some time to relax on our vacation! We'll be back next year.My advice is to bring extra towels with you. Even though the cleaning service dropped off more in the middle of the week, you'll go through more towels taking the kids to the beach then they can supply. Enjoy.
