The penthouse lived up to its reputation for being the best! It is very nicely decorated, not tacky which is what caught my eye in the first place. Excellent location near the pier with a lot of options for activities: beach, fishing, swimming, gift shop with snack bar, fitness center, restaurant at pier, walking distance to waverunner rentals, bike rentals, etc. Loved the large, well-appointed kitchen, the patio/balcony and hot tub, and the convenience of the keyless entry. Only regret is that we couldn't stay longer! Southern Vacation Rentals rocks! We experienced great service from the website to phone calls, checking in and out. Can't wait to go back!

We traveled from Georgia and spent one week in this unit. We loved the easy check-in / check-out. There were four adults and eight children. The condo was clean and well decorated. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed, even an under the counter ice-maker. Although it was too windy on the balcony during much of our stay, we enjoyed sitting in the hot tub in the evenings and cooking on the grill we bought (the only thing the unit needed). It was a wonderful trip, a great unit, and we can't wait to return!

Great place to spend time in the fall. The beaches are still warm in the afternoon and very few people around.

We enjoyed everything. Only complaint in queen room light outside window was bothersome. Everything else was awesome. Hot tub, kitchen, view...

The location of this condo complex is fabulous, as long as you're looking to get away. It was so wonderfully peaceful. The grounds were well-kept; the pool area was great; and the beach was beautiful. The unit itself was breathtaking. The furnishings were lovely, the layout great. The deck was the piece de resistance. We would have spent the entire vacation out there if it had been just a bit warmer.
