Destin Florida Vacation Condo ~ Summerspell #205

The room was clean and well equipment. A great view of the beach. It is small but big enough for the two uf us.

Overall, it was a great condo. Plenty of spcae for three and the condo was clean and nicely decorated.

Other than a few minor issues with our unit, Summerspell is the place to stay in Destin for me. The convience to the beach and resturants is perfect. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. I didn't feellike I couldn't touch anything...I could live there. I will defintely take my family there again.

Condo was extremely clean, quiet/family environment. Pool and hottub well maintained. Ample parking.

Great service, the vacation home was very clean, a very short walk to the beach. We visited in Feb so the water was still cold but the kids loved the hot tub and the heated pool. Walking distance to great restaurants. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Everything was great from convience to affordablity, It was also very comfortable and clean.

I love that the beach was right across the street - no car needed. The place was clean and the right size for me. The furnishings in the living room need a little updating - but they work.

only complaint was that the pool heater should have been used. pool water extremely to cold. other than this, everything was very nice. jim

We had a fantastic view. The complex was well taken care of and quiet, everyone around was friendly. The pool was not heated and we didn't use it because it was way to cold, but we did enjoy the hot tub. The complex was quiet and everyone around was friendly. It's a great location, close to restaurants, shopping and litterally steps to the beach.

We usually go to Panama City in the Summer and Fall but last Fall we really fell in love with the Miramar Beach area. It is like a neighborhood away from home and there's plenty of shopping and dining so close by. I want to talk my husband in to staying a week next year. Maybe we can find another great deal as we did this year! Summerspell is in a great location but I always like to try other condos. Thanks

Our view of the beach/ocean was slightly obstructed by a sickly looking tree. It should be removed. I was led to believe that there was a washer/dryer in the condo itself. And very disturbed by renters right above us with 3 barking dogs!!! Overall, though, for the price & location, it was very nice.

Great place, nice location of beach and resturant. We will like to return to the same place.

we used the remote check in and check out features so we never had to spend any time at an office waiting in line or doing anything of that sort. the only question we had we called were answered spent no time on hold and it was answered directly. the place was clean and well maintained and they left you with very simple instructions. it was exactly what I wanted out of a beachhouse experience, a place that was 0 effort from the family so we could enjoy the beach which is obviously the real attraction here. I wouldn't recomend it if you plan on entertaining because it was a small but usable space with everything you need to get things done but not enough room to have alot of people over. like I said it was a very nice clean well maintained place to stay while enjoying the beach.

We stayed in Summerspell 205 and could not have been more pleased. The location was steps from the beach and our balcony view was great. When the disposal stopped up, it was repaired within hours of our phone call. Place was clean and fresh smelling. Might include a phone book and that would be our only suggestion!

I absolutely loved my stay, the condo was very comfortable and homey.It provided a great view of the ocean with several great restaurants to choose from, some in walking distance. It was also very quiet during my stay, I'm sure that depends on the time you stay, but I choose the week after spring break !!! best week to stay if you ask me. I will definitely choose to stay here next time !!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Summerspell. I have stayed at this complex 3 times (3 different units). All of the units have been well maintained and tastefully decorated. My only complaint with Unit #205 was that the floor must not have been cleaned well prior to our arrival. It was very gritty with sand and our feet ended up black, so we wore flip flops the entire time. Other than that the unit was clean. I plan to return again and can only hope that the weather will cooperate again, we had a BEAUTIFUL week.

This condo is in a great location and furnished with everything you might need. Being just a few steps from the beach was nice. The pool and hottub were very clean. The staff at Southern Resorts was always pleasant to deal with and very helpful. We would highly recommend staying here.

We had a very good stay. Quiet and comfortable. Beach access was great and the pool was clean. Quarters were clean and pretty well stocked. Close to good restaurants and great shopping. I would recommend to friends and family. We would definetly go again.

Great location. Nice accommodations. The next best thing would have been right on the beach, but access to it was not a hassle. Was a little construction project going on across the street which was a little bit upsetting, but didn't let it ruin our stay. I recommend it!

We have took many vacations to florida but our stay at destin beach at the summerspell was the best place we have ever stayed at. The view was great over looking the gulf from our balconey was a site to behold. The service was great the staff was very polite they would call us daily to see if we needed anything or to just see how we were enjoying our stay. they have more than enough resturaunts where you can find anything you want to eat within a very short drive. And shopping malls that your wife will love you for. We will be comming back here for years to come.

The condo was an excellent place to stay. great location and cozy atmosphere. we had a great time while we were there and access in and out was a breeze. all that and it was more affordable and conveniant than a hotel!
