We were moved here from another condo, due to water pipe problems. If you are interested in walking to restaurants or shopping, this is not the condo for you. It is not located near anything but other condos. However, we were pleasantly surprised and were quite comfortable here. We loved the kitchen and balcony, and view of the gulf. The living room was a little cramped for 6 people, and no view from the pool area, but we would stay here again!

Everything that I had expected was here. The only complaint we had was no wheelchair access to the beach. Our daughter is wheelchair bound. But we made it happen. We would come again.

Nice, clean, beautiful view, everything we needed was right there, close to everything, peaceful. (The elevator was hot and stuffy, though.)

Should have done this years before but glad to finally got a chance to find this place with very nice view, white sand beach and easy access to nearby fishing pier and not to mention 6 miles from Destin. Will do it again, now that I found it.

The condo was in a great location. On a quiet street but in close proximity to everything needed. Very close to the waterfront --- stunning views from the balacony. Definitely would stay again.
