This was our second vacation spent at Summer Place, and we were again so very pleased with the accomodations and location. The beach is pristine, very well groomed with wonderful beach chair/umbrella service. The pools and hottub were very well maintained and the view is spectacular. The unit was well appointed with comfortable furniture and a full kitchen. Our only complaint was the tub in the master suite drained very sluggishly, but otherwise the accomodations were clean, comfortable and lovely. Would definitely recommend Summer Place again!

Beach was great, the condo was great but did lack a few cooking essentials. The stay was great up until the last night which was Saturday and there were about 10-12 teenage girls next door with no adult supervision. They were making all sorts of racket until two in the morning when my wife went to their condo to tell them to hold down the noise. They didn't so we had to call the police. Other than that issue and trying to drive for ten hours the next day without a lot of sleep, the stay was great!

Noisy facility...drilling on floors in another condo & when renters moved in right next to us we could here their television and talking at night
