condo very nice with great ocean views. check in was easy/wifi available.

Great, except could not go barefoot or feet were black. Icemaker would not drop ice and hairdryers did not work?

The afternoon that we checked in (which all we had to do was open the door and walk in)was the easiest I had ever experienced. We had prepaid for the entire trip and Southern Rentals provided everything they said they would. The condo was everything we needed (8 members).The view was excelent in two directions. Large rooms and plenty of space (no crowding).The garage was plenty big. The feeling of being in a secured area was fantastic.It was in a great location for whatever you needed and close enough to walk places.

We loved the location being next to a pier, in a relatively quiet area of the beach, and being across from the water park. The unit was very clean, spacious, had comfortable furniture, and a nicely stocked kitchen. There are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The sliding glass door to the balcony from the kitchen/living area was broken. To get to the balcony we had to go through the master bedroom which is a little bothersome when there are people in the room trying to nap or change. The ice dispenser was also broken and the hair dryers did not work. Overall, these items were only inconveniences and did not prevent us from having a great time! We would definitely go back.

Our experience was nice. The only problem was that the sliding door handle was broken (which the agent told me when I called to check-in)so the door was very hard to open. The room was a little dated and needed new carpet. The tub could have been a little cleaner but overall it was a great stay. The balcony view was great and the beach was not crowded at all. My family had a great time and we would visit this condo again!!

The Condo was amazing - Views were beautiful and the weather was great. I will definitely reserve this one again. There was plenty of room for the guests and everyone had their own bathroom. Only thing that would have been better is more comfortable furniture in the living room, but we were rarely spending time watching TV. Also the place didnt have (or we couldn't find) a jaccuzzi. But Overall great place, and great stay. We'll be back.

We stayed at Sterling Reef for the Labor Day weekend. The condo shows its age a bit more than i expected but our room was nice. I stayed in the "lock out" room and there did seem to be a musky odor in that particular room that was not noted in the rest of the condo. But, overall, I feel we got a really good price and i would certainly stay there again for such a great bargain! The employees of Southern Resort were very helpful and accommodating and I would highly recommend Southern Resorts to anyone and will definately use them again in the future.

The room was great. The kitchen was a little small and the king mattress was terriable. Other than we had a wonderful visit!

The condo was great with just a few problems. The ice maker was jammed and we couldn't get to the ice. Called and repair person came and fixed it pretty promptly. We were not able to get the internet to work. Repair person was unable to either. But we were there for vacation so maybe no internet was a blessing! The only other negative thing was the sofa bed. It really was so poor that I don't think anyone could sleep on it. Luckily we had brought an air mattress just in case. It definately needs a new mattress before it is usable. The balcony was awesome-the view was gorgeous and it was large so the whole family could sit and enjoy the breeze and the view. The beach was just beautiful and uncrowded.

Excellent accomodations with a beautiful balcony & view. Very clean & spacious. Lots to do on the beach & within walking distance. Pier Park is worth driving to about 10 minutes away. Can't wait to go back. I would defionitely stay in this condo again if available.

The resort is located in a nice, quaint, interesting area which affords renters quiet, yet adventure at the same time. The resort is very well kept with clean, spacious rooms and the attendants were extremely pleasant. My stay would have been outstanding; however, the internet access was not working and caused several problems with me getting my assignments completed. I highly recommend Sterling Reef Resort to anyone visiting the Panama City Beach area. I just suggest that you inquire about the internet access before committing to the rental.

Nice place to stay and a great rate. 8 people went, and we had plenty of room for everyone. Great view of the ocean from two of the three bedrooms. Might want to bring your own pots and pans though. The ones supplied are not the best. Would definately stay there again.

The condo was very clean, well kept. The view from the master bedroom is amazing. The property is also well kept everyone is very friendly. We loved having three bathrooms and the separate suit. It was perfect for our party of 9
