This condo is beautiful, clean, spacious. the only complaint i have is the water pressure.

We were very disappointed to have to lay on the sand .. For the price we paid you could have thrown in free rentals on the beach chairs !

This place was a great place to bring your children.Nice pool and hottub and the gas firepit at night was so nice and relaxing. We had a great time with our family will definately be back. The only thing was the pool side bar was only open once wish it would have been open more but room 701 was the best place in PCB to stay. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

We arrived at the Southern Resorts main office and found the ladies in the office to be very helpful in explaining the unit and helping us make decisions on places to eat during our stay. When we arrived at the building and got off the elevator we were somewhat shocked at the unit location and it having a cold appearance, however that feeling quickly went away once we opened the door to the home. We were very impressed with home 701 and will come back again. The location was ideal for us. We could walk to Pier Park. We traveled up and down the road several times and found our area to be steps above the others. More laid back and less congested, even for biker week. That was an unexpected surprise, but we enjoyed the few days they were down at PCB. We had a great experience and we'll be back.

Our condo was soooooo beautiful. It still had that new-house smell. The beds were so plush, even the bunk beds slept like a dream, according to the two teenage boys we had with us. When my husband and I retire,we have decided to plead with the owner of this condo to allow us to rent it for 5-6 months out of each year.

We loved where we stayed. at first we were upset we thought it was smaler then it was by the pitchers on the net. but when we got in and travled through the town we relized it was the best location. Right by every thing, pier park, the pier, loved the water. It was great. The room was great more then we expected. Will love to stay there again. thanks

We stayed in a three bedroom condo. Plenty of room for everyone. The only complaint I have is with the designer of the building, only placing 2 elevators in a building this size. The advantage is if you choose to use the stairs you can get plenty of exercise. Location was good. My teenagers would have preferred being closer to the middle of things. If you are planning on going out to eat you need to go really early or plan on atleast a 2 hour wait. The parking deck is across the street with a breezeway connection to the building. I thought this would be a negative point but it was not as bad as I thought it would be. I would stay here again ** Just remember you have to WAIT on the elevators***

The unit was very clean. The 7th floor was perfect. Great view of the beach and the pool. The balcony on the end unit was great! A great view in both directions. We used the grill numerous times throughout the week.(Baby Back ribs, hamburgers, hot dogs, steak, and even shrimp kabobs). The grill was very dirty when we arrived so we had to purchase a grill brush and do a little cleaning first but other than that we enjoyed great food. The bunk room was conveniently located down a long hallway which gave us a place to go to watch TV. The only suggestion that I would make about the bunk room is it needs a door. The noise from the living area could be heard very well in there. We love the pool. It is great if you have small kids. The steps are very spacious for small children to play in the water. Probably the biggest negative I saw was the elevators were SO SLOW! With 23 floors you definately need more than 2 elevators. We loved the keyless entry. We didn't have to worry about keeping up with a card or locking ourselves out. We had a great family vacation!! We would definately stay here again.

We had a great time at Sterling Breeze. The condo was very large and nicely decorated. Especially liked the grill out on the balcony. We also loved being near Pier Park it is a great place to shop and eat. Overall we were very pleased with our entire experience.
