This condo is first class. Big rooms, nice beds, Excellent views. Fabulous bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again. Nicest condo I've ever stayed in.

This unit is really beautiful. It has an awesome view and very spacious. My biggest disappointment is the unit is not equipped with things to make your stay comfortable. You will need to bring blankets & towels. The kitchen is also very poorly equipped if you intend to cook. There are no pizza pans, baking sheets etc. At night we had to wash our beach towels and use them for blankets because there were none on the beds or pull out couch. It is a great place to stay, but bring some things from home for comfort and convenience.

We have stayed at Sterling Beach many times and it is always a pleasure. This is the first time in this particular unit but we intend to check on its availability next time we go down. Beautifully layed out with furnishings that are more elegant than "cutsie". A really restful environment with a beautiful view of the Gulf.

The condo was very spacious. The view was outstanding. The bedrooms were separated with a great deal of privacy. The workout area was clean and so was the pool. Overall, it was a great experience.

condo spacious, beautiful beach view, furniture well worn, some torn, smoke alarm sounding when we arrived, took next day to fix.( caused considerable worry, what if there was a fire and no one responded). telephone numbers left not of any use, fireplace not working, checking in was less than pleasant (not people). had to find resort office before checking in, no help on premises.location and surroundings very clean.

Our arrival was free from any hassles. Sufficient parking and ease of entry to the property. Staff members were gracious and friendly when inquiries were made. We arrived past sunset and awakened to a spectacular view and a completely new perspective of the unit. Outstanding views of course! A little more attention to detail would have easily earned the unit five stars. The first 24 hours we were without wireless internet function. It was was resolved during our next day's stay. A couple of pieces of furniture are in need of upholstery repair. Overall, these issues would not prevent us from renting the unit on another occasion.

As far as the condo, it was clean and very roomy, loved the view. The weather was nice so was the beach. Had a wonderful time. I was disappointed with the total room charge. I called and got a price she said amount she quoted all taxes and fees were included. When I called back to book the room the amount was moore, there was a service fee added that apparently I was not told about. Other than the extra money I had not expected to pay. I had a wonderful time with my family at the beach. Every one was very nice and also we were able to check in a little earlier than we were susposed to, which was great. I would recommend this condo to anyone that wanted a clean, roomy, and nicely decorated place to stay. very very nice...Everyone was very polite and took care of everything we needed. Thanks for a great vacation.

This room was wonderful. It was so spacious that the kids could actually enjoy themselves without getting in any one's way. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back to this condo next year!

There were six of us and we stayed in a 3 bedroom end unit #601. It was very spacious and nicely decorated. The wall of windows in the living room was great, the view was AMAZING, and the resort was beautiful. The part of Panama City that Sterling Beach is on is relatively quiet, especially compared to the Pier Park area. Since the condo isn't too large, the beach was never too crowded and there was always room in the gigantic pool even during the busiest parts of the day. Our only complaints were that the kitchen wasn't very well stocked. There was no bottle opener for wine and the coffee pot hadn't been emptied from the previous renter. Also, several of the deck chairs were broken. Overall, it was a great vacation and we would definetely return!
