We enjoyed every minute of our stay both on the beach and in the condo. It's is very comfortable with all the things you needs for a great trip and stay. The balcony is probably our favorite spot to hangout. Mornings is coffe on the balcony and the evening sunset is breath taking.

Driving the 17 hours from Michigan was well-worth the effort to spend 10 days (for the second year in a row) in this lovely condo with a million dollar view. We appreciated the promptness of Southern Resorts to any questions we had during our stay. We would not hesitate to return and/or recommend this property to friends.

As a long time winter resident of Panama City Beach, I have stayed in many condos -this was the nicest. 1102 is spacious, very nicely furnished and well equipped for a long stay. Although a 3 B/R condo exceeds our needs, my wife and I hope to spend the winter there again next year.

The condo was very nice and we were impressed with the quality of the pots & pans, the utensils, and all the kitchen supplies. Our stay was for a month so needless to say we ate many of our meals in the condo. We hope to rent this unit again next year.
