This unit was very nice and had an excellent view of the ocean. It was clean and well decorated. Everything was in working order except the toaster. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect arrangment for an 11 year old boy and single dad. Everything that he likes to do was very convenient. Enjoyed our stay and will be back again!

Slash is a great complex for anyone to enjoy. This was our third year here and we were very impressed with the attention to cleanliness and upkeep this year. The pools and fitness center are a wonderful addition to the beautiful beach setting. The unit we were in was very nice, clean, and well stocked with everything needed for comfortable living. My only complaint is that we had trouble hooking up to the Wifi that was promised.

We had a very enjoyable experience. The water facilities for the young kids were fantastic. Out of the way of the crowds and accessible to shopping etc. Would like to return with all of the grandkids!

Southern Resorts was wonderful and so was our stay at Splash 905E. The room was very clean and the Splash Resort is a wonderful place for young kids. Kids loved the pools and beach and flat out had a great time. We consider this to a be destination again in the future.

I had never stayed in a Condo before and believe me after staying. I don't think I will ever go back to hotel stays. The washer and dryer was enough for me to say a condo is the way to go. Splash was wonder for our family we have children from the ages of 6-12 and they all had the time of their lives. This resort caters to the family and was a much needed get away from the high school teens having there spring break down the road. My children are already planning a trip back in July. This time we are hoping to stay 2 weeks instead of 1. There is something for everyone here. A great exercise room that looks over the beach. Each property over looks the beach. What a wonder sight to see just outside. I especially loved having a full kitchen. We cooked in many times over our stay. I even loved the island that looked in to the living room. The kids would be hanging out in the living room while I finished up the dishes. I just felt like we got to share a lot of quality time together. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to get away with the family especially those with school age children. Loved, loved, loved this place and have a load of memories to go with it. So glad we found it.

Generally, we were very pleased with the accommodations. The condo and Splash were clean and well maintained. The condo was exactly as pictured in the advertising and the view of the gulf and the beach were spectacular. Before leaving home , we tried to think of things that might not be provided...things like cork screws, oven mitts, serving spoons, hair dryers and a host of other things. Amazingly, the only thing missing was the oven mitts and the unit now has a pair because we forgot ours there on departing. The only thing that bothered us was the elevated dining table and the elevated stools without back support. We know that these are the decorating rage these days, but we prefer a chair the sits at a normal level so that your feet are on the floor and has back support. We know that a lot of units feature this decor and are common in a lot of condos on the beach, but it was not to our liking. Other friends that we had visiting Panama City Beach had the same complaint with their condos. If we were going to return for another vacation, that would be our first question...will our feet be on the floor when eating dinner??? The only other thing that was a little disappointing was the quality of the deck furniture. It was not up to the same standard as other furniture that we saw at Splash or other condos on Front Beach Road. If you spend time on the balcony, the furniture should be comfortable without risk of collapse. 905 East at Splash was excellent value and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, well decorated, well equipped and other than our seating preference, a pleasure to be in. The pools, hot tube, common areas and parking garage at Splsh were clean and well maintained by a pleasant and helpful staff. Cheers

We had a great vacation at Splash. The condo was very nicely decorated and plenty of room for 4 of us. I love that there is no check in with Southern Resorts and the keyless entry is great. The only complaint about Splash is that the toddler splash pad only worked one of the 4 days we were there. With a one and two year old, that would have been nice to use. My two year old loved the water park area, though. I will definitely stay here again in the future!

Property was what I expected from details and pictures. Not a very large place, but worked for my family. Owner was super nice and easy to work with. I would visit again but only during off season. We had very nice weather for the time of year we went. Furnishings were nice and comfortable.
