Splash #903 East - Panama City Beach, FL - 1 bedroom - 2 baths

We loved this vacation. The beach access and pool were awesome. We would definitely revisit.

Loved it! Had a great time! Already planning our next trip there!

First off was the included beach chairs with umbrella for the beach. That was the nicest thing we have ever had in any of the places we have stayed in PCB. The cost of that alone was a great price savings! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed except paper towels. Nice flat panel TVs along with high-speed internet with wireless. We will fore sure be going back to this condo. The size of the condo is great for a family of four. It was just my wife, 18 month old and myself for this trip and it was just the size we needed. The den area was plenty large for our son to play with his toys.

The condo was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect because its away from the crowds yet close enough to get to everything. The building appeared to be well kept and clean as well. The only downside is 10 am is much too early for checkout...a little unreasonable to require guests to vacte before 10

We checked in on the 1st of Jan. Easy check-in, problems with fridge and resolved immediately, problems with internet resolved immediately, spacious, great view. Weather was cool. Shopping whole area was great. All the restaurants we went to had marvolous food. Will go back next year. One problem bed was to soft and couch is also to soft. Need to be replaced. Would consider again for next year but, owner wants to rent for 2 months instead of 1 month.

Splash is a beautifully decorated and relaxing place to be in the winter. The condo was well maintained, and convenient to most everything.

I will be back in 2011 if all goes well on my end.

Beautiful, clean and easy to come & go! Not only was 903E clean but the whole resort. Definitely would come back.

As soon as we enter the Condo it was very nice and roomy and so clean. We had an awesome veiw and everyone was very nice . The location was just perfect it was right on beach front road close to everything. And wal-mart was like 10 min down the road and all kinds of resturants and lots of shopping . And you have your own beach chair with umbrellla was great. Very relaxing for our first family vacation. Everything you needed to cook was there and a washer and dryer was a plus to have . Just a great stay overall . I would stay here again . We loved it. Thanks for making our vacation wonderful.

Splash was all the had hoped for. Our room was clean and very spacious. The resort was beautiful and the pools were great. There were a couple of days during our stay that the ocean was too rough for our kids to swim in, but with the pools and waterpark in Splash we didn't mind at all. We will definitely be back and will recommend this place to all our friends!!

The west area of Panama City where Splash is locateed is not as busy/congested with traffic, so heading to the grocery store or Pier Park is quick and easy. The condo was beautiful and location in the building was perfect. It was very close to the elevator (no noise was heard inside the condo), on the 9th floor (not too high), and has a great view of the beach! Decorations and accomodations made it feel like home. Having free wireless internet was a bonus and the washer/dryer is also convenient (a box of laundry detergent is provided for a single load). The bathrooms are a good size, bunk beds in the hall are placed well, everything was extremely clean. SPLASH's amenities are great for young children. Our 3.5 year old loved the covered "splash" park under the west building (slides were his favorite) and the lazy river was also fun for all of us. The beach is very close to the buildings so you don't have to walk far, and 903E has two wooden beach chairs with umbrella and cushions rented for you which was a huge bonus and savings! We came the week after Labor Day and didn't have to wait at restaurants (even Margaritaville) and the amenities at Splash were not crowded. We plan on renting 903E again!

This place was the best place we have stayed in 10 years!! The ammenities, the pools, the service, was the top of the class. I have a 4 year old and a 1 year old, who could have never left the SPLASH. It was awesome to see how happy and entertained they were, which made us happy and entertained. I have told so many people about this place...

We came to the beach with our two small children. We almost didn't get across the sky bridge because they were so fascinated by the rug and view! We were extremely pleased with our room and the amenities included (beach chair/umbrella/pool passes). The phone book, restaurant menus and friendly messages from staff were very helpful. The facility was immaculate. The pools were heavenly. Our children especially liked the lazy river and splash pad! My husband especially liked the wide flat-screen TV! I especially liked the treadmills in the gym overlooking the beach! The location was perfect for us to be out of the busy "crusing" strip but close enough to a grocery store or Peir Park shopping. We loved it and will be back soon!!

We stayed in a Splash Resort condo for a month. The views were spectacular, as all the balconies overlook the beach. We were impressed with the facility as a whole. With the pools and water activities, as well as the beach, this would be a perfect vacation spot for a family. We also made use of the excellent fitness center. The unit we stayed in was very nice; perfect for a couple. It had all the supplies to make our stay convenient, including dishes, cooking utensils, towels, washer/dryer, etc. Our only complaint was that the carpet needed cleaning.

Pools were great. The Game room was a big hit, the Available grills were nice to have. The room was very nice with all of the needed amenities.

We stayed at Splash for our late summer vacation. I had read about the long lines at the elevators, but going late in the summer we missed out on that. This place was great. I really like the location (near Pier Park). Also, loved the convenience store directly across the street. Our room was nice! There was a table that would seat 4 on the balcony - so we choose to make that "the outdoor kitchen". Our 1 1/2 year old loved the lazy pool and the Tot Splash Pad. She also thought she was big enough to play by the pool with the water bucket! We will definately be staying at Splash next year!!!!!!! Loved every minute of it! Thanks! My family went to splash this spring. I have a 4 year old and a 1 year old and they LOVED the lazy river and water park. The room was great we could not even asked for a better place. We are all ready looking forward to our next year vacation at splash.
