My daughter, 2 grandchildren (ages 8, 10) and I injoyed our 4 day stay at The Splash Resort in april this year during their Spring break. Whether it was on the beach, pools, condo...no worries. The condo had everything and was very nice and clean. We will be back!

The condo was great. It had everything we needed. I was disappointed that the lazy river and 3rd pool were not open for our entire stay. We were told there was a problem with the filter. I think that it should have been fixed within the week.

Renting from Southern Vacation Resorts was great. Arrival was easy with the key pad entry, no check in or out. The property was furnished with plenty of towels and toiletries. The kitchen included all the necessary dishes and soap. The view was incredible from the 15th floor. The beds were comfortable and the condo was big enough for our family of 4. The location was great, away from the older sections of the beach and a lot less traffic. Pier Park is very close with lots of places to eat. Splash is a great resort, very clean, with lots to do...pools, water park, arcade, beach, etc. Pros: clean, well kept condo, great views Cons: narrow beach, can get crowded at times

The condo was very nice and well furnished. The kids loved all the activities at the resort. There was never an "I'm bored" moment for my 3, 7 & 9 year old kids. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone with a family who doesn't want to leave the resort to have fun and be entertained. One thing, the lazy river and water park area are not heated, so in the early spring it was a little too cold for some of the kids. They do, however, have two pools and a hot tub that are heated!

We had a great time at Splash Resort. My sisters and I all live in seperate states...so we decided to start an annual "sisters beach trip"--just us and our children. It would give us time to be together and our children a chance to be close "cousins." We stayed in 1504E. It was really nice, had all the accomodations we needed. It was great for the kids, with the bunk beds and pull out couch. The location was WONDERFUL...jsut on the edge of the good side, where we did not have to venture into the "party side" of PCB. We had everything we needed right there, or very close by-Alvins, Winn Dixie, Pizza Hut--and we went a very short way to Pier Park. I would recommend this resort to anyone. The kids had a great time going back and forth between the water attractions...we had a little one that was afraid of the bucket water--but loved the lazy river. It was great that parts were shaded because we also had a 3month old with us, so that made it great to sit under shade with her. The older kids loved we could spend half day on the beach, half at the pool. The only complaint I would have is that the elevators are extremely slow..and there really are not enough for that size of a place, so sometimes you waited forever for one that you could squeeze into. So that would sometimes make the kids anxious. The only thing I did not really care for in our room is that they had a really big ceramic tile coffee tablew ith sharp edges, which the tiles could come out of--being that it really is a resort that attracts families--it was kind of dangerous to have the little ones walking around it..we had to constantly try to move it out of the way---wood would be much better.

Our recent stay in 1504 was spectacular. For a one bedroom condo, it was HUGE. Our children loved the pools also. Our timing was bad and the beach was slimy, but we can argue with the natural acts of God. I would have preferred to have stayed a little more eastward which is closer to the places we visited frequently while at Panama City Beach but overall it was a GREAT place to stay.

Our family was absolutely thrilled with our condo and Splash resort. Our condo was nicely arranged, supplied with all the necessary ammenties. The elevators were fast and the pool had plenty of room for all guests. We definetly recommend this condo and resort to all!
