Our stay at Splash 105W was great.My initial impression upon entering the room was that it looked just like the pictures, no disappointment.The condo was a nice size and very comfortable for my husband, myself, and our 15 month old.Having 2 bathrooms and a washer/dryer were very convenient(the dryer takes forever to dry anything though).My only complaints are that the couch could stand to be cleaned/replaced and the room could have been cleaned a little more thourough.I started to put things on top of the fridge and on the entertainment center in the bedroom and it was covered in dust!The location of the room was great. The elevators are slow at times so we took the stairs frequently since it was just up 1-2 flights depending where you were starting. Although the room was on the 1st level(of rooms)there was a great view. Check-in was easy since they email you your access code.I wasn't sure what we needed to do when we first arrived b/c there are signs in the garage saying you'll get towed/fined without a tag...just go to your room and your tag is in there.They said just make sure to put the tag in that night.I wish we would have known that ahead of time b/c we had to go and check at the front desk.I was otherwise pleased with Southern Vacation Rentals.The code made it nice instead of a key. The building was also conveniently located overall.It would have been nice if Pier Park was a little closer,but it wasn't too far to drive. I also felt we had everything we needed provided in the room except for food of course...extra garbage bags, toilet paper, dish soap, arm bands was all available(prob. good idea to take paper towels and extra laundry detergent). There also wasn't a lot of room to store stuff so we used the bunk beds to put a lot of our stuff since we weren't using them. Our daughter also loved the splash area so the place was worth it just for that! Overall, I was really pleased with everything! We had a great stay and would stay here again!

It was very convenient to be right at the beach and to also have a full kitchen. The covered pool, hot tub and waterpark for the children were spectacular.

We loved ,loved,loved this condo. We have stayed a lot of places and for our family this was perfect. The view is out of this world and so much for kids to do. We have a baby so it was nice when he was napping I could sit on balcony and watch my husband and 5 year old at the beach. We can't wait to go back.

We had a blast at the condo. Perfect location on the first floor. Close to the beach and pool access... very convenient. The accommodations were perfect for all of our guests with 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer, dishwasher, etc... could use some extra storeage but it was perfect. We will definately be back. Splash was perfect for our 18 month old. She loved it...plenty of stuff for her to do.

We had a great time at Splash. Our son had just turned 2 years old and we went for his birthday. He loved the splash pad. Mom and Dad loved the lazy river. lots of fun

I was very impressed with Splash 105 West. I absolutely loved everything about our condo and the amenities. We will definitely be making this an annual trip (at least) and plan on staying in the same condo. Thank you so much!!! I've already recommended the condo to a co-worker (Christine Gaginer) and she is planning a trip there in October with her family.

Splash 105W is a great vacation unit that looks right on the beach. It is well decorated and conveniently located to the elevator and the skybridge. The pools, lazy river, hot tub and water park at Splash were great for the kiddies and we adults enjoyed the poolside bar! Would definitely stay here again!

We have a 9,7, and 4 yr old and we had so much fun!! The water park was the kids favorite thing to do besides the beach. We have been home now for 2 weeks and my 4 yr. old cries wanting to go back to the water park. Splash 105 west is very convenient because it is on the first floor you don't have to wait on the elevators long and it is right beside the elevators. We had everything we needed especially the wireless internet. I would highly recommend this room!!

We loved the lower level, we used the stairway all the time, didnt have to use the elev. Not crazy about the way the room was setup but it was nice. The service was great and we love to stay at Splash. this is the fourth time we have stayed at splash. We may come back next year. Thank you

The condo at SPlash was very nice. We had 5 people in a 1 bedroom...a little small. It probably would have been fine if the weather would have cooperated. We had severe weather the entire week. As far as ammenities in the condo it had everything a little short on actual storage space. The grounds of splash were very well kept. The kids enjoyed the water park as well as the pools. We did not have an issue with chairs but we also brought our own. The elevator was not a problem either fairly quick. We were on the first floor so I used the stairs alot. Overall we would go back to Splash but at a different time of the year when we knew the weather would be nice.
