We were there for spring break and loved it. The condo fit our needs perfect and the price was very affordable. We were worried that the pool being on the street side and not the ocean side would be wierd, but as it turned out we loved it. You have to use the elevator to get to the pool so when our teenagers wanted to go the pool at night I feel they were very safe... The condo was very clean and looked just like the pictures show..Beautiful view of the beach.. We will stay there again...

It was very relaxing and the water was great...the only thing with the room is that there wasn't much water pressure when showering or washing dishes..overall we had a blast!!!!!!!!!

Best condo we've ever stayed in. Decor was great. Every classy place. We always stay right on the beach but this place was closest yet. Kids all had their own TVs. Plenty of room. Laundry room was huge. Full size washer/dryer was wonderful. Jet tub was great too. I can't tell you how great this place was. Three bathrooms. I wish my house at home were this nice. Thank you for letting us stay at your wonderful condo. Only thing we were confused about was the location. We finally found it but it's tucked away without a sign from the road. Our GPS was going in circles trying to locate it. Besides that it was GREAT!!!!

Had a great time at South Beach. Loved the condo. I really liked that it only had 9 units in the whole building. Loved the decor of 402. Views were great. Only complaint was the sea weed. It was pretty bad in our area.

We stayed in South Beach last year and loved it. Our return Vacation this year was O.k. Upon checking into our room we noticed dirty dishes that had been placed back in the cupboards and drawers, and some moldy strawberries in the drawers of the bunk beds. We also found medicines placed in side tables in the living room and bedroom(we had small children with us so this was a concern). Other than these small instances and the weather not cooperating it was a great vacation. I would definitely recommend South Beach and I will be returning again.

My wife and I come to the Emerald Coast at least a couple of times each year. We have stayed in many of the condos in Destin and Ft. Walton. This unit at South Beach on Okaloosa Island is truly a beauty. Great beach views from every room, and is very nicely appointed. It is perfectly located in the middle of the island so long walks on the beach in either direction are easily done. I would recommend this condo highly to anyone that wants a great place to stay. I also always find the staff at Southern Resorts terrific to work with. They are always very accommodating and professional.

Condo was very comfortable and right on the beach. Property was well-maintained except for non-working hoses coming up from the beach to remove sand. Since there is a keyless lock - we did not have to stop at an office and register. If not done already, Southern Resorts need to correct the toll free phone number listed on their website as it belongs to another rental organization.
