Destin was great st.maarten 1405. Clean, nice balconies on both sides Great views, everything you need is there dishes, utensils, coffemaker... just wish it would have been 2 weeks...Tile floors throughout... dryer ran and ran, but with all that sand it gets its work in, great cardio room and separate gym area with machines (15 or so) and 5-45lb dumbells...walmart across the street! yeah i wanna go back now.

Everything went smoothly with check in and check out. The staff at Southern Resorts were always very nice. The dishwasher did not work and the air conditioner in the cabana leaked water on the floor. Other than those things the stay was perfect.

Place was nice. The furniture wasn't the nicest, and they have absolutely zero supplies for washing dishes or towels, etc. But other than that, the place was clean, beds were comfortable. We loved having the Cabana by the pool. That was awesome. and access the beach doesn't get any better.

This place is awesome! I only have one thing that couldmake it better. Some chairs in the cabana so we could use those on the beach.,

The place was beautiful and the security was wonderful.The heated inside outside pool was a god sent because the weather was cold & it kept the children busy since we couldn"t stay on the beach without a coat

The condo was absolutely perfect, and dealing with Southern Resorts was a breeze! Easy to pay for the rental, very fast check-in/out, and some small details which needed fixing was done immediately. I loved the private elevator to the condo, and the view from the balcony was incredible.

Southern Resorts was very easy to work with. Everything was ready as scheduled and we were pleased. The location of the condo was perfect for us and the view was spectacular! It was well appointed,very comfortable, and the private access was great. We also really enjoyed having the private poolside cabana. It was really nice not to have to go all the way up to the unit just to go to the bathroom or get out of the sun for a few minutes. We were also very pleased with the secure parking garage situation and the ease of access to the elevators including carts to help us get all of our gear in and out. The only negative thing I could say is that the unit could have been more clean when we arrived. It wasnt bad, but my wife did feel the need to mop the floors and clean the bathrooms. We will be back and would attempt to rent the same unit.
