The check in, although at a separate location (4 miles away), was painless. We thought everything about our unit was great, with only minor issues regarding one of the toilets. It was a little odd having no real "office" staff on-site, and the fact that the lobby was closed off relatively early, which made trips to/from the pool and beach a little complicated. Also, there are no on-site restaurants, so make sure to bring your own stuff. Luckily, there are TONS of shopping and dining options relatively close to the resort. The beach and pool were great.

This is our second vacation in the Silver Beach Towers. The building itself is directly on the beach, very clean, convenient to everything and a perfect place to stay. The 1605W unit was very nice with modern furnishings. I have two small children and it was just right with the decor and safe for them. For the management, it would have been helpful to have the parking number assigned with the checkin information-- not in the room in a packet where you have to happen to come across it. Having covered parking and an assigned space is another bonus. We loved it.

This was a great condo in the heart of Destin! It had wonderful views of the beach and was very convenient. We had a minor maitenance issue when we first got there, however, the management company was very responsive and the problem was fixed immediately. Would recommend to anyone!

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at the condo rental. We have stayed in Destin, Panama City and Myrtle Beach for several years and this by far is the best place we have stayed. The price was reasonable. The condo was clean, decorated beautiful and the property amenities were wonderful. We were very pleased with our stay and are already discussing reserving this same rental for next year.
