Two tiki bars are located by the pool to grab a cool drink or a snack. We had a great stay at this condo. The room is very clean, the pool and beach access was great as well. Our only complaint was check in because the hotel had not received our paperwork saying we were there so there was a delay in getting parking passes and pool passes. Also the hide a bed was broke but kids didn't seem to mind. I will say, the staff at Southern Resort was very helpful on the phone and resolved the check in problem very quickly. Our family will definitely come back here next year.

I have come to Panama City for years and stayed at many different Condos. This Condo was by far the nicest place I have ever stayed. No comparison at all! The pool is beautiful the condo is very nicely decorated and the view with the wrap around balcony breathtaking! This is where I will be staying from now on! Thank you for a wonderful relaxing vaction!

A great beach front condo with a wrap around baclony and amazing ocean views from every side. The living room has big windows that also open up to amazing views. The only issue we had was that the carpet in the condo was extremely dirty, we could not let the baby crawl around because her hands and knees would immidiately turn black. I think for a 130$ cleaning fee, they can afford a steam cleaning of the carpet! The pool downstairs is amazing, its several little pools connected by bridges. All in all it was a great experience with exception of the carpet situation.
