My experience with the condo was wonderful. It was a great condo in great condition. beautiful decorations well maintained along with the property. My bad experience comes with calling to say we were unable to find condo, ( it does not have name on a sign on property) I called the rental company and asked for help. He sent me down past grayton beach near dune allen which was the opposite direction of the condo. I was told how far the beach was away but was unaware that crossing the road were no slow people crossing signs and this stretch of road cars were driving extremely fast. I prayed alot crossing the street. By the time we got to the beach you really needed an oxygen mask and coming back was much worse climbing up the steps that need more handrails. The code for the gate to the beach was changed on july 1st but we were not called to say that it had been changed. We had to call the rental company and ask why the gate wasn't working and she gave us another code. The last day we were following directions for checking out and the phones were not working, we had no dial tone. We had to use our own phones which we had been doing all week to check out. I assume you got our message we had checked out early since the office was not open. We had a great experience with condo my concerns were with the rental company.

The condo was beautiful! Had everything that we needed. Beds were super comfortable. Very safe area. The hike to the beach is a bit far- but doable. Make sure that you take/rent a wagon for all your beach stuff. The private beach is stunning, and not over crowded. The pool is huge and right out the back door.

We absolutely loved the Seaview Villas #102B. It was furnished & decorated so well & was absolutely beautiful!! Loved the vintage/beachy flair. It was also very clean & well kept. We loved being able to walk right out the door to the pool as we had 2 toddlers & could take them in for a nap & come back out to the pool while they slept. We also had 2 six yr olds with us & they had a blast!! Just wish the beach wasn't so far away... and would have enjoyed a beach view. But, overall we had a great time & loved the condo! The room with the twin beds was perfect for our 6 yr olds..they claimed it really fast & had a blast playing in their own room. Thank you for renting out such a nice condo & allowing us to stay! Will definitely recommend to others!!

Very clean and decorated beautiful! Loved being so close to the pool. Little far away form the beach but would not prevent me from staying there again.
