The condo was beautiful. It was spotless upon our arrival. Everything was as expected. My group was 5 women on a "girl trip". We decided to come back to the same condo next year.

Seaview #300 was the perfect place for our family of children and granddaughter. The layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms was ideal. The kitchen and living area was awesome. We have stayed in many places in the "30a" area over the last 20 years, and all things considered, this one was the best yet.

Seaview 300 was very spacious. The amenities were wonderful. The unit was clean and well-equipped. The location of this property along 30-A is perfect. I would highly reccommend this unit. You can"T beat the view!

Seaview 300 was exactly as described. Very spacious, private and the view was incredible. At the end of a lane and directly on the beach. Accomodations were fabulous, comfortable and very upscale. Would love to stay again.

Terrific unit and conveniently laid out floorplan. Had a great time. Only drawback is limited parking at the site. One family had three cars and I could not fit my SUV into the garage assigned to this unit. Still we managed to work it out and just a minor inconvenience.

We are two families with 5 kids 4yrs - 8mths. The layout worked well. The views were amazing. The photos on the website do not do this condo justice much nicer & more updated than it appears. The pool is shared by 5 condos & we had it to ourselves most of the time. The beach is a very short walk. The beach is also private, there is no public access, no crowds. The beach chair & umbrella provided are a great plus. Having access to the garage for the condo was also a great plus since we never had to haul beach toys up the elevator. Publix grocery store is about a mile away & you can purchase sand toys there. There are 2 restaurants across the street. FlilpFlops has great beignets & sandwiches. We had several issues with checking in. We had difficulty mapping the property, it is a little hidden just look for the street #. There were no instructions on how to access the condo and no visible front door at ground level. I think these instructions should be send to renters ahead of time. There also was no users manual in the condo, this would have held codes for access to pool, beach gate & also the trash. The trash facility location was unclear it appeared to be next door? I was told that SR just started managing Seaview so I understand there could be a little confusion. So advice to anyone staying you need codes for everything & get them ahead of time. The condo was pretty clean & I know this because I have a crawling baby. We do have allergies & there was something here that really affected us. I wonder if there have been animals in there previously? The master has a great walk in closet and if fit my pack n play or could take a full size crib. This did not work well for us because the baby's allergies reacted to something in there. We put him in the hall half bath which worked better since it was tiled. Just added this info because it could be important to know ahead if you are sensitive to allergens. We are ready to come back and hated leaving.
