Seashell Chateau in Pensacola Beach

Loved the place and atmosphere. Convenient location to the beach with access across the street. Home was well kept. Loved that all the stuff we needed for cooking and baking were in the kitchen! The only thing I would recommend for the owners is the backyard is empty: it would've been nice to do something in the backyard also: a pool or another patio. Other than that, Our family had a fun-filled week and made us feel at "home away from home"!

The Seashell Chateau was perfectly located right across the street from beach access. The house was well maintained and had many of the amenities we needed. Check in and check out was very simple. I would stay there again if I have the opportunity.

Absolutely loved this rental!!...very roomy, just a short walk to the beach and super clean!...Would definitely recommend!!

You can not ask for a better beach house. We had 20 people and it worked out perfect. The beach is right across the road. We have stayed here the past 2 years and planning on coming back every year. You can not go wrong with this house. Who cares if a outlet is out, your at the beach, worry free.

This rental just about was perfect for our needs. Great house, great layout just a bit tight with a wheelchair but you can't blame the house on that. Family with 12 total and the layout worked just in our favor. Plenty of space, huge deck and game room. Kitchen was nicely equipped, laundry room and pantry with lots of storage. Game room had additional beach chairs and toys which was a nice surprise. Southern Rentals was easy to contact and actually contacted me on the morning of arrival. Nothing but good things to say about the house and area. Keyless entry was perfect with such a large group, no key to keep track of. Google maps is a few years old so there are additional houses nearby but otherwise exactly as advertised. Walk to the beach was short and at a savings of $1500 to other available rentals, well worth it. Cable and internet provided, even got the blue ray player to sync w my streaming account for movie night. Everyone left with great beach memories and a great beach house experience. I would definitely stay again with Southern Rentals.

Beautiful home, not the best equipped kitchen, coffee pot leaked every morning and sliding glass doors out to the deck broke and were not repaired during our visit. Still we had a fantastic time and would definately visit this house again

This is a very nice vacation home. My only real complaint is that the main floor a/C didn't work the first 24 hours of my stay. Once the service company fixed the problem, the rest of our stay was great!

We stayed for 3 nights, and were 6 girls with 3 kids and a teenager. The house size was great, we loved the balcony where we spent all our long breakfast. All the appliances were really good - the only few things we missed were proper sharp knife (or a sharpner), a cutting board and there was only one big salad bowl. Also the BBQ was not usable. But apart from these small things we simply loved the seashell chateau, and are really planning on coming back next year!!! Appart from the chateau by itself, we found the management team wonderfull - they were really responsive and friendly. One small suggestion would be to have the possibility in the website booking system, to use a billing address outside of the us when doing the reservation.

This home was clean, attractively decorated and very comfortable. It was furnished with more linens and kitchen equipment than we expected, more than we needed.

Congratulations to the owners of this summer home. My understanding is that our home was prettier and better equipped than some of the other homes on the beach that have been rented by friends. I look forward to returning but this time I would like to be in Destin or maybe Panama City. I will need more information as the year goes by. Thanks, we sure enjoyed our little vacation.

We found the accomodations to be perfect. The rooms were large and well equiped. The decor was beautiful yet comfortable. I wish my kitchen was as well stocked! My favorite room was the loft with the wonderful views! That became the playroom for the 2,3,and 4 yr old grandchildren and hteir Nana! Weather permitting we loved the porch and deck...and the rocking chairs. This was an ideal place to gather for family time, yet when anyone needed some quiet,the bedrooms were comfortable and had large TV s.

everything was great we had a couple of maintenance issues we were concerned the water hose leaked and the air upstairs didn t seem to work well but overall we loved the vacation we had everything we needed the kids and grandkids really had a good time they want to come back again next year.

Great value, great location, plenty of room, great balconies, etc... Perfect place for a get-a-way with lots of friends or family.

I really had a relaxing weekend on the beach. There was more than enough room for everyone in the group to relax, hide away, play games and still meet together to spend quality time. The game room was an added bonus. Very clean environment and lovely views. I HIGHLY recommend this location.
