We had a great time. the only downfall was not being able to see the beach from our balcony. we could only see a piece of it. it was perfect for the teens. we were able to let them go to the pool or beach without any worry. was a very quiet and relaxing place. only negative of the room was the rug hurt your feet to walk on. i would recommend this rental to anyone and will prob return myself.

Our first time staying in a condo and we really enjoyed it! The condo was very nice, the bedrooms were a good size and it was furnished with everything we needed. The washer and dryer in the unit were wonderful. This was our second visit to the Destin area and we would recommend this condo to anyone.

The condo was conveniently located to many nice places to visit. The beach was absolutely beautiful, we were glad to be staying so close to it. We visited the Gulfaruim, traveled to Pensacola to visit the Naval Museum and went to Destin for day trips. We really enjoyed eating at Fudpucker's, Hard Rock Cafe, and aj's in Destin. We would love to come back and visit again in the future!

Southern Resorts is an excellent family friendly resort to stay in. Rooms are modern and very clean and well priced. Love that the local surf shop brings boards in every day, gives lessons and lets you rent the boards for almost nothing. A great place if you have small children to teenagers.

My stay was wonderful! The condo was very equipped with all the neccessitys of home. I was surprised when we knew there was a washer and dryer. That helped. We were right on the beach and loved the indoor pool and showers. All the restaurants and shops were minutes away. The best thing would be the distance to the beach the least thing was packing up and leaving.

Our stay at Seacrest #313 was truly wonderful. Although we didn't have a view of the beach, we were very close to the boardwalk and didn't have to cross traffic to get to the ocean. A few things that I noticed as disadvantages to our condo: 1. The floors were extremely dirty. After walking around for only an hour, my feet were black, and I wondered if they ever mopped or dusted the condo. 2. The door had a traditional key entry which was extremely challenging to get into our condo. The key was a poor copy and it took me 10 minutes to get into the condo. By the second day, the key broke off in the lock and we had to call a locksmith. In spite of all that frustration, Southern was very helpful and stayed on top of everything, trying to get someone out there to help us asap. 3. The people that worked at Seacrest were extremely rude. One lady told me that she had called a tow service because "we weren't supposed to park in their parking lot" even though we were staying with them! She didn't see the tag which was clearly visible on the dashboard of our car, and when I told her and showed it to her, she neither apologized nor offered to call off the towing service. She just said we had better keep it visible. 4. The kitchen wasn't as well-stocked as I would have liked, as we do a lot of cooking while there. For example, there was only one baking dish and not pot holders. One flimsy little dish rag was supposed to get us through the whole week? On the positive side, the condo was very well-decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. The heavy drapes kept the extreme sunlight out, and the pool was very nice as well.

every thing we needed in a home to enjoy our vacation was there. it was cozy at night cool in the day.just a few blocks from any thing to do in florida. we just need a wet bar downstairs so we all can hangout
