SeaSail - Miramar Beach, FL - 3 bedrooms - 3.5 baths

House was great. We scheduled early check-in and it was ready right on time. We had a problem with the aC the first night but they came and fixed it immediately. House was perfect. The individual responsible for our chairs and umbrella was incredibly attentive and responsive. The only thing that would have been nice is if the grill worked - that was a bummer.

What a wonderful and relaxing week. Sea Sail lived up to our expectations. Great location (near everything in Miramar and Destin). The house had all the amenities a guest could need. Comparable to houses nearby, Sea Sail's owners and management have gone above and beyond to provide a perfect stay for it's guests. Loved the beach chair service, outdoor shower, back deck, and open floor plan. The views were spectacular. Thank you so much for keeping this beach house in top shape. We can't wait to come back.

We loved the location so much we would definteily stay there again. It was awesome being right on the beach, like no other location. Beaches were perfect, sand was clean, water was clean. It was just perfect for us and especially since we were celebrating both of our kids graduations this month. It was incredible

This beach house is awesome. The distance to the ocean is perfect along with the beach. Centrally located to shopping & restaurants. I would book this house again in a heartbeat. One tip to the owners would be, please get a new barbeque grill. The one there is totally useless. Thanks!

We stay in Destin at least twice a year & have done so for the last 4 yrs. The SeaSail trip is by far the best yet. We loved the house & the location. Nothing like being on the beach.My only complaint would be that half a roll of toilet paper in each bath for 6 people for a week is not adequate. Not for 2500.00 a wk.

we have styed at the Sea Sail the past 2 years and it is the perfect house for us, we have vacationed in this area the past 16 years and have aways stayed in a different house, but this one is just right for us. I would like to see a few cosmetic changes in the inside, otherwise its great. Another plus for us is the beach set-ups are complimentary. The restraunts in the area were great as well, the beach is clean and we saw no signs of oil. we had a great vacation

Can't speak highly enough of the whole experience. The house was everything we expected and more. Fantasticly clean and well-equipped, in fact we didn't want to leave it! We ate all of our meals on the deck overlooking the ocean and spent most of our time on the beach enjoying the sun and surf. Being detached the house was very quiet, which was just what we needed. With plenty of restaurants nearby we had no problems finding some great places to eat. One of our most enjoyable vacations, we shall almost certainly be back!

We absolutely had a wonderful time at our SeaSail vacation spot. When we arrived our place was spotless. They had everything we could possibly need in the kitchen. We loved all the amenities. The only dislike, was that the coffeepot wasn't the greatest. But, that was a minute since everything else was GREAT!! The jacuzzi in the Masster Bedroom was a plus, too. There was even sandbucket & toys, which our little granddaughter enjoyed. I loved having the ocean at our doorstep. The deck was great, being able to sit out there at night or have coffee out there in the morning was most enjoyable. Shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores are all in close proximity. I think it was one of the best vacations that we have had and hope to come back soon.

Our extended family spent 7 days in this home, and we all loved every minute of our stay! The house was immaculate and the location was superb! We were pleasantly surprised to find out about the free beach service, too. Toward the end of our stay, the aroma of road kill next to the house was really bad, but we called Southern Resorts about it and they came out promptly and took care of the situation. We loved it so much that we plan on booking the house again for our vacation next summer. IT WAS AWESOME!!!!!!!! :)

We loved the cottage! The convenience of being right on the beach with an outdoor shower was perfect for our family...it was nice to be able to take a break from the sand and surf in the middle of the day, leave your beach gear out on the beach and still be able to see it from your living room! The cottage was very conveniently located to restaurants and local shopping as well. We would rent this house again in a heartbeat! Southern Resorts was very easy to work with and took care of a couple of very minor problems very promptly, even on a Sunday.

Seasail is a great vacation home. We walked into an impeccably CLEAN house. All of the bedrooms were well equipped, comfortable and had beautiful oceanfront views. The downstairs living space is large and comfortable with a well appointed kitchen. We had everything we needed and everything worked. This house has a fabulous seaside deck that is large and has 2 sets of table and chairs, and for those who want to get out of the sun, part of the deck is covered. This house is right on the beach. Walk off the deck and in a few steps, you are at the water. You can sit on the deck, sip your morning coffee and watch the dolphins frolic in the surf. An important note is that this house has ample parking. We had 3 suvs and there was plenty of room. There are also some very good restaurants within walking distance of this house. Seasail is terrific and we'll definitely be back.

SeaSail is everything and more for a great vacation on the beach. This is the perfect place for us again next year!

Had a wonderful but short stay at Seasail. In the area for a wedding and decided to stay in house with other family members versus hotel rooms. So glad we did. The house had everything we needed and was close to grocery stores and restaurants. The house had all the furnishings one could need - plus loved the instant access to the beach. Enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the deck.

We enjoyed our stay at SEA SAIL BEACH HOME. And will definately consider renting it again.

This home was perfect for our family. The views are breathtaking. We didn't want to leave! We are already looking forward to our stay next year. :-) The home was VERY clean - which is important to our family.

We spent a very relaxing week with our 3 kids and some of our best friends and their 2 kids. The house is pn the beach and so close to the water you can pretty much watch the kids in the ocean from the back porch. We had plenty of room and enjoyed every minute of it. I have stayed at several places over the last 10 years in Destin, but this one was the best by far. The house if also very close to grocery stores and resteaurants if needed.

We had a wonderful Christmas in this beautiful beach house. This is the first time we have stayed in a house on the beach and it well exceeded our expectations!! The weather at Christmas was just warm enough that we could still enjoy walking on the beach, the large deck and BBQ grill. This house is in an awesome location. Just minutes away from restaurants and shopping centers. In fact, you can walk down the beach to Pompano Joe's for terrific seafood. I highly recommend this house.

Seasail is a great house. You couldn't get any closer to the water without getting wet. Very comfortable and close to everything.

Our group had a great time at this house. It's location is great - right on the beach and close to shopping & entertainment - and the floorplan fit our group perfectly. It was clean and when we had to call for any service, they were very helpful and prompt. We will definitely be back and will recommend this house and Southern Resorts Vacation Rentals to our friends.
