Our stay at this condo was enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised of how cozy it was. It was very clean and the washer/dryer was a plus. It was not facing the beach put that was ok since its just a few steps from the pool anyway. We didn't use the kitchen but it had everything you can possibly need. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed in #711. It was very clean, which is always the most important to us. The unit does need updating. The carpet is worn and a few other things need attention. But, the beach, pool and beach services are fantastic. We went in October, had most of the beach to ourselves and 85 degree weather. We will be back.

My family and I found the condo to be very clean and comfortable. Early October is a great time to visit Ft. Walton Beach. The beach was clean, the pool was clean, and I would reccommend the Sea Oats to anyone.

My family and I reserved two condos this year at the Sea Oats. I had stayed there last year and was completely satisfied. When we decided that we would return to Florida this year, my family (all), wanted to stay at the Sea Oats. We reserved rooms 611 and 711. When we arrived on that Saturday afternoon, we were absolutely estatic with our rooms. The rooms (both), were just great!!! They were clean, modern, and very relaxing. It was home away from home, only better. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning to the Sea Oats when we return to Florida. I just don't think we could have chosen a better place. The pool was really super as well. If you are interested in booking a condo, I just don't think you will go wrong with this place. The only real regret that you will have, is having to leave and return home. Once again, we had a great time and super accomidations !!!!!!! Thanks for a wonderful 2009 summer vacation Sea Oats !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The room was very colorful however really missed having a full view. No problems during our stay. The pool water could have been a little cooler. Sea Oats was very convenient to everything. I would recommend Sea Oats to anyone.

We had a wonderful time. Condo was great. We could walk out the door & either go to the beach or the pool. Everything was convenient but still off the main highway. I definitely will be coming back.

This was the first time we been to Fort Walton Beach. It was spring break and a all girls trip. We enjoyed the beach and the condo was very clean and spacious. Next time, we will rent a condo that is beach front. We could only see the parking lot from our balcony! The price was very good and we will rent from Southern Recorts Vacation Rentals again!
