We loved the condo. Nice. Only thing missing was a TV in the kids bunk room. Otherwise .. perfect

We found the staff at Southern resorts to be very helpful and friendly. Our condo was very nice. The only problem we had was the pool being closed for two days. Thia was caused by some young people who turned off the pump. The area we stayed at was nice and clean. We found the other guest to be very friendly. We would highly recommend the staff at Southern Resort and the Ft. Walton Beach area for any family that wants a clean, safe and restful vacation,

As with our stay last year, our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Dunes #502. The condo is right on the beach, yet close to everything in Ft. Walton and Destin. Our only issues were the fact that the carpets appeared to need cleaning and a few minor cosmetic repairs may be needed for upkeep. However, we still enjoyed the condo and will probably come back again! The Burchams, Rienzi, MS

We stayed in Sea Dunes 502 and had a wonderful week. The beach was a dream, the sand perfect, the weather was awsome. The condo was great. We really liked the fact that it was a small setting with only 24 units. Our unit was beautiful and had everything we needed for a great week. Thanks for great accommodations.

My wife and I certainly enjoyed the Sea Dunes in Unit 502 and have already reserved for two months in 2010. Todd Leonard and Tonya were very helpful. We had a loose and leaky faucet replaced, an inoperative sweeper replaced and a new ironing board was issued to us for a missing one. Even tho the kitchen pots and pans were bent and worn and a couple other items were missing from the kitchen it didn't affect our cooking some very tasty food! We are looking forward to returning next year in 2010!! The beach view and the large TV was an additional plus for us. Also we enjoyed the convenience of the Sea Dunes not being a long large building! Sincerely, Bob and Shirley D.

We had a wonderful time on Okaloosa Island, Fl. The accommodations were nice. The view was beautiful and we would love doing it again. Thank you for the great time. The people at Southern Resorts was very cooperative and very nice to work with.

Our family just had a wonderfully relaxing week at Ft. Walton Beach. We were very pleased with the condo at Sea Dunes. It was very nicely decorated and had all the comforts of home (except the king bed in the master spoiled us a bit). The view and sound of the ocean could not be beat! Okaloosa Island is our favorite place to stay in the area. It gets you away from the crowd, but it is still close enough to drive into Destin for dinner and shopping. We had a great week and would recommend this property. Hope it is not too long before we return for another week of relaxation!

The condo and the complex were flawless. This beach is perfect for the family, and the beach service made this the perfect location for our stay. Everything about the condo was exactly as represented on the web site, and "hospital clean" upon oour arrival. The view is unreal, and the beach is clean and perfectly groomed every morning! The only draw back to the area is lack of good restaurants. The condo and facilities are the best.
