First Floor
On the ground floor is the double car garage, mother in-law suite with king bed, bathroom and private patio overlooking grassy area and beach.
Second Floor
This floor has the main living area with spectacular views, kitchen and dining room, opening up to a large deck with steps leading to the beach.
Third Floor
Master bedroom suite with king bed, large sitting area, wet bar, private bathroom with whirlpool tub and separate walk-in shower and expansive deck overlooking the beach.
Fourth Floor
This floor has four bedrooms, each with private bathroom. The first has two twin beds and the second has two sets of twin bunks. The third and fourth bedrooms on this floor both have queen beds and wonderful Gulf views. Access the fourth floor balcony overlooking the beach from the hallway.

We filled every room of the house and yet no one felt crowded. The house is beautiful with a great view. It needs a little TLC in some areas but nothing that bugged us. The beach is perfect and there is plenty of nearby eating places if you don't want to cook. The BBQ was a little too slow for us (don't know why)we used it only once. A good tip is to go to the local fish house and pick up any fresh shrimp, oysters, and crab and do it yourself.

Our family was impressed with the building and it's close proximity to the beach. The rooms were large and comfortable. The Kitchen area was great. Negative part: the one trash bend was full upon our arrival and was never emptyed, Main doors on second level were very difficult to close, one handle kept falling off. One tub and one commode drained very slow. No remote control for garage door. These simple problems should have been fixed prior to renting the house to assure a more enjoyable stay.

Our recent stay at Sandprint Castle was perfect from the ease of online booking, to the lovely home that looks out over the beautiful Destin beachfront. A maintenance issue with the house was resolved quickly and with only one phone call. The house is absolutely beautiful and it's gulf front location can not be beat. Southern Resorts was professional and easy to work with.

This is a great place to stay with a group of friends. The house was very well furnished. Everything you need is here. We have rented from Southern Resorts for 3 yrs and will continue.

We had a wonderful relaxing week with our grandsons at Sandprint Castle. It was a beautiful house and the beach in Destin is always wonderful. The boys loved having their own rooms and TV's and they wore the elevator out. I was especially grateful for the elevator because I have a bad knee. All in all it was a great experience.
