Seacrest Beach Vacation Condo ~ Sable Point West #104

The pool was beautiful. Sable Point West 104 was very nice, however, the air conditioning wasn't working very good so the repairman came. The filter must not have been changed for a year. No air could possibly get through it. The door was covered with dirt. Then the master bedroom shower door fell off three times. Finally we just made sure we didn't touch the one door. I think the owner needs to make a trip and check out the cleaning people as there were areas we had to go over.

We had a large group wanting to go and I was in charge of finding a place to accomodate everyone affordably. To keep the cost down I choose a place off the beach. What I thought was a risk turned out to be an oasis. The condo and view of the pool was great. Service to the beach was simple and a blessing with young kids and coolers to shuttle back and forth. The guys on beach were extremely catering to us with setting a dozen chairs daily and even toting coolers up and down the stairs. Obviously for gratuity but well worth it. We enjoyed the stay and had a blast.

A very large, well appointed, clean, pool-side condo with a great porch and easy access to the ocean. Only major gripe was there isn't a grill and the public grill is in a hot, non-ideal location next to the garbage. I don't see how a gas grill is a fire hazard on a concrete porch/balcony but I'm not the insurance adjuster. In addition, there wasn't a secure place to store bikes. Other than that it was very comfortable, clean, and a great value. Check-in/out was electronic in advance with an electronic lock that is set for you when you arrive. No keys or check-in procedure. That's awesome and a great time-saver.

Negatives- floors not clean, under table, couch, baths etc. No extra pillows or pillow cases - bedding such as blankets and bedspreads were dirty - we washed the blankets before using. Positives - best equiped kitchen with the exception of pot holders - we had to buy one. Good to have lots of seating on balconies. Very quiet even though we had someone under us. We love Seacrest - we have stayed at houses before. Will probably stay at house next year

We arrived early on February 11th but were given the door code promply and allowed in. It is quite a stunning spacious condo with lots of room, big kitchen and three balconies. Two of the four bedrooms had king beds. All utensils needed were there with plenty of cutlery and glasses. The view from the 4th floor was wonderful, especially overlooking the multi-level pool complex, and, we could even see part of the Gulf. We were close to the beaches with easy access and there were plenty of little shops and eateries within walking distance. All in all, a place to return to in the future.

Well I have been useing Southern Resorts Vacation Rentals sense I have been going to Distin I found their prices to be the best around for what you get it's alway been 4 to 5 stars and very nice places I'm been their 5 times in the last 7 yrs. and alway use Southern Resorts Vacation Rentals their pricas are the best and they are alway willing to work with you to found what you want and need I have try other places but the prices are higher and no nicer and they alway deliver.

My friends and I decided to celebrate our August birthdays together on the beach. I found Southern Resort thru the web search engine. The site was very detailed offering pictures and a virtual tour. However,seeing it person superceded our expectations. The grounds were well manicured. The condo was exactly like the pictures and extremely clean. Stocked with plenty of towels, plates, glasses, etc. The location was perfect. We were walking distance to everything(restaurants, ice cream parlor, coffee shop and even a spa). We also rented bikes which allowed us to take an up close personal tour of the community and beach. The beach was directly across the street from our complex. Unlike the over crowdness on the beaches in Destin,this beach was comfortable, quiet,family oriented and absolutely breah taking. Our condo's balcony over looked the pool area. The Sunday before we left there was a live band poolside....AWESOME!!!!! We had such a great time, we decided to make it an annual event...next time we may even bring the kids;-)

We were so impressed with this condo. It was so clean! We loved the view from the balconies. The shuttle service to the beach was very timely and convenient. We will definitely be back.

Well furnished. Comfortible winter retreat in beautiful surroundings.

Plenty of room,comfortable, relaxing, clean, walking distance to the beach, nice pool,would come back.
